First, this is a great product. It arrived sooner than expected (that's always a win) and we were so excited to get it installed and get started. We borrowed a masonry drill from my neighbor and purchased a special bit, even so it was tough to drill through our pool decking (concrete with composite surface) and took a few sessions to get it to the right depth. Once the hole was drilled it was smooth sailing with the rest of the install happening in minutes. As for using the tether, it works like a charm and adds functionality to our play pool that we wouldn't otherwise have.

This worked great but I found that it holds my middle section up too much causing low back and neck pain so I ended up returning it. I am a seasoned lap swimmer and never had issues with my neck and back from swimming before.

The media could not be loaded. Works perfectly. Feels like Im swimming open water, but in the safety of my above ground pool!

Please note the product mentioned life warranty, this is my second claim, until now the stick is not broken but is fracture, as per pictures attached and the center piece is disconnected from both sticks.I would like submit this claim and obtain the replacement for the product.Please advise.

Fantastic, easy to use, intuitive.Best thing ever! Now I can swim endurance in a standard backyard pool. I have had no issues with the belt slipping. I did use the tip from another reviewer to place the belt near your hips, not around your waist. It makes sense - that's where the belt will settle once you do a few strokes if it's loose enough.I don't even notice the rope or the belt when I swim.The best thing I've gotten since I put the pool in

I’ve been a competitive swimmer for almost 60 years. I’ve known about swim tethers for decades, but always wrote them off as frivolous. After testing several $25K swim spas, a friend suggested that if I was OK with stationary swimming, I should try a tether. After some research, I decided to buy a Super Swim. After my first use, I was flabbergasted at how great it felt. I was especially impressed with how wonderful it worked for swimming butterfly. I now use the device virtually every day. To further enhance my experience, when a part broke, the company promptly replaced it.

This is a PERFECT product. Didn't take any time to get used to. Can swim in place forever. Just think it is a bit pricey.

I've enjoyed my SuperSwim for a few years and definitely like it more than the "attach to feet" tether that I used to use. I recently had one of my poles break and received a free replacement after reaching out to SuperSwim - much appreciated, David!
