We paid someone else to install. We had some issues with the video quality which this company quickly resolved! This was a Christmas gift for my husband and he loves. It makes life a little easier! Thank you so much for this great product and wonderful customer service!

I think this product was how they advertised it. The picture quality is great, not pixilated. The installation was straight forward. I do wish they had an install video. Sturdiness... I gave this 3 stars because compared to the original handle, it feels a little flimsy. It's not broken or anything, just feels like it needed a little more support. Besides that, an amazing product. It works well in the day and at night on my 2011 F150.

I had this less than a year. The camera stopped working during its first winter and I have no option to return it cause it’s passed the return window.

The camera freezes when you're backing up had to modify in order to install it picture is fuzzy

couldn't believe the quality of picture for the price. Wires are completely covered with a loom from front to back. Crutchfield's don't even offer that and they are twice the price. Everything you need is included. Wired to plug in at the rear of the truck so the tail gate can still be removed if necessary. Easy to install and the package includes everything you will need.
