I'm always interested in trying new skincare innovations, products and brands. I'm new to Superface brand. Superface was created by Hong Kong advertising and tv executives to make available to regular users the technology or solutions that they used when shooting commercials. The products themselves are manufactured in South Korea.This Light Correcting Skin Base is a lilac purple color that is used as a base to manage or reduce yellow or sallow colored complexions. I am Asian and thought this would give me a pinker glow or undertone to my skin. A little of the product goes a long way - one pump is more than enough. I don't use makeup often so it took some trial and error to become comfortable applying and using this product. I think that this is something that would work well with someone who is often in pictures and uses makeup more often.I have sensitive skin and experienced no sensitivity, irritation or redness with this product.

The Superface Light Color Correcting Skin Base Foundation Primer was an unexpected surprise. I have very red and blotchy skin and just a small bit of the primer helped with my discoloration. I also put a little bit under my eyes because I have very dark circles, unfortunately it did not do much for that. The Primer is not greasy and I did not have any caking issues. The price point is a little higher than what I usually pay for color correctors or primers but I can see the benefits for my skin tone.I appreciated that the instructions were easy to read and understand.

I never used a skin correcting cream so I was anxious to see what this does. I didn't know when to apply it in my makeup routine, and was glad there were directions on the box. "After skincare and before foundation routine apply small amount along with skin texture. Lightly tap all around the face."I have 3 skincare products I use before foundation. When I applied this I was surprised it was a thick whitish cream. I applied it all over my face, (as I am 72 and my face has many shades). My aim was to even out my complexion all around. I saw my face turn white! It was an overall gaunt look. Not shiny, not brighter. It's a lack of color. I wasn't sure about it.Then I applied my foundation and blush, to create my "new" face. I like the look. Now I know what this "Base" can do.I also noticed that when I held my phone up to my face my makeup didn't come off on the phone.It's cool that the pump twists down into the top so you don't have to worry about it pumping out by accident.I actually bought this product after getting the first one free, because I really think it does a great job of evening out the skin tones of my face. I bought it in lilac because I have green eyes and I think the opposite color on the spectrum will do the best job.I write reviews to let you know how this product was for me, and to aid you in your decision to buy or not buy.

This came in a plastic bottle inside a cardboard box. The top twists to get the pump to appear. One pump is plenty to do one or both sides of your face depending on how much you need to cover and blend.It goes on smooth but takes a little effort to blend evenly.It helps cover some of my red blemishes but not completely, but I also don't like a ton of makeup on my face.

This purple primer applies easily and really does brighten up my skintone. Be sure to use just a small amount of product, otherwise it tends to make skin (mine anyway) look white. It has a good little turn/pump and turn/lock spout. Recommended.

I have combination skin and pink/red undertones. I think this does the job as a primer but I can’t say I noticed a difference between it and others I’ve tried to hide/even out those tones. It is really creamy and a little goes a long way. I’d say the weight feels medium. I personally prefer a lighter primer as I use a heavier foundation.

Superface Light Correcting Skin Base Foundation Primer 1.0 Oz 30ml (Lilac Purple)I have super dry and sensitive skin that has red undertones and previously used a green corrector to help conceal with the redness. This works extremely well to help brighten your skin which in turn helps to hide that red. You might have to adjust your moisturizer since this is very creamy. This will give your skin a dewy finish.
