I've never been a huge Bring Me the Horizon fan mostly because I'm not a huge fan of deathcore and the extremely heavy stuff but where there are good riffs and smooth and catchy melodies, I shall appear and take note. This record by BMTH is incredibly produced and overall, the instrumentation is impressive along with vocals that can be understood by the average music listener. I also appreciate Mr. Sykes learning how to sing clean vocals for a couple tracks because it really does sound good and creates a full, dense record with twists and turns rather than a straightforward, head-banging on every track record. I shall now do a song by song review with a few words to summarize my feelings towards the tunes.1. "Can You Feel My Heart" 8/10 - An incredibly different way of starting a BMTH record, with synths and electronic instrumentation. This song didn't strike me as good at first but it has grown on me and now I can truly appreciate this song for what it is, an introduction to change. The vocals are very good on this track.2. "The House of Wolves" 8/10 - A classic metalcore tune with harsh vocals and some catchy pieces. The headbanging commences on this song, I really like the lyrics on this track and the guitar riff is very catchy and cleverly simple.3. "Empire (Let Them Sing)" 10/10 - One of my favorites on the record, the opening guitar riff is just so heavy and catchy, it makes me headbang. Just an overall great track with great vocals and strong instrumentation.4. "Sleepwalking" 10/10 - Another killer track, I love the chorus, so much emotion within the story of the song, it has inspired me in more ways than one. I love this song, if there is a song just to download onto your ipod, it's this one.5. "Go To Hell, For Heaven's Sake" 9/10 - A very good track, more of a modern metal piece with a very catchy chorus. I love the drums on this track, great rhythm and beats.6. "Shadow Moses" 11/10 - My favorite track on the record, I never thought a single would be my favorite song on the record but this one is just incredible. The lyrics are wonderful, it's super heavy and catchy at the same time. Absolutely brilliant piece of music.7. "And The Snakes Start to Sing" 8/10 - It's a quieter, clean song with clean vocals. I love the lyrics, I love the tone but it's true that this song is a bit uneventful. Fans have been critics about this song and I can see there point of view, I still respect it for what it is but it certainly doesn't stand out as an incredible track.8. "Seen it All Before" 9/10 - I love this song so very much, the clean vocals are used excellantly on this track, great pace to this song, an overall masterpiece.9. "Antivist" 8/10 - A lot of swearing but a lot of fun, I really didn't like this song when it came out as a single but it has grown on me and I really enjoy the tone of the song. It's a little vulgar for me in places but I still like it.10. "Crooked Young" 9/10 - Another great track, sounds a bit like some older song that everyone is complaining about it sounding like but I do enjoy the violins to begin the song. It is very heavy and very well orchestrated.11. "Hospital of Souls" 6/10 - I really want to love this song but it's uneventful like "Snakes" and I really can't get into it. Maybe it'll take more time, I don't know. It's not a bad song but it's not as amazing as I want it to be. The lyrics are great but it's a dull song, I guess it really depends on taste.I highly recommend this record, as you can see by my ratings most of the songs are really good and the $9 bucks is worth it, check it out, support the band.

I love all tracks on this album, especially Can You Feel The Heart, Hospital for Souls, Go to Hell for Heavens Sake. The used CD is described as very good which is very true. It came in bubble envelope. There is a small crack in the case. The paper sleeve appeares worn. None that I care. The CD itself shows no signs of concerns to me. It plays nicely. I am enjoying it as of now.

This is one of the greatest releases of my lifetime. Right up there with Colors from Between the Buried and Me. The tracks are ordered perfectly, and I love the round turn they made on the song structure. Oli sounds amazing and the lyrics are straight from his heart. While I don't agree with his religious views, I am a lover of music, and this CD is some of the best music I have ever heard. I hope they keep it up, because when I go back in my BMTH time machine, their sound has evolved and you can tell they have grown as musicians over the years. Great job guys, this CD will be in my CD player for years to come!

Congratulations Bring Me the Horizon. This is the first full album I have bought in years. It's that good and means that much to me.For me, I can't really leave a logical explanation of what it is that makes me love this album so much. It does an incredible job bridging the gap between atmospheric spacey sounds to hard driving emotional outbreaks to the likes of which I haven't heard since old school Korn and Deftones.Don't know what else to really say on this. I don't normally leave reviews for things but I want to get the word out to people about this band. I want them to succeed and become the biggest they can be.

I have been a Bring Me The Horizon fan since I was in the seventh grade. This album is actually the fifth album I have by them (which is why I don't quite understand why it says it's the highly anticipated fourth album). That includes "This Is What The Edge of Your Seat Was Made For", "Count Your Blessings", "Suicide Season", and "There is a Hell Believe Me I've Seen It There Is A Heaven Lets Keep It A Secret" and finally this one. The album art work is beautiful. It comes complete with lyrics on the inside.This is pretty different from the rest of their albums, but it's certainly a good different.

I truly love this band and all their music, i bought this album specifically on vynil because its in my opinion a freaking masterpiece. I do not regret my decision at all. The shipping was on time and packaging was alright but its the music that truly matters to me and i definitely was not disappointed.

Ce disque est une vraie découverte pour moi.J'aime le métal depuis que j'ai quinze ans (j'en ai 40 maintenant...) et franchement, je me suis pris une bonne claque. Je ne m'attendais pas à un disque aussi bien abouti. Bring me the horizon, c'est des d'jeuns qui crient et qui font du bruit ? Non pas que ! Il y a de vraies mélodies fortes, et malgré le chant qui pourrait paraître lassant à la longue, et bah là, pas du tout.Bref, j'ai aimé quoi.

Muy buen disco de esta banda. Si estás interesado en escucharlos, sin duda este álbum vale la pena. Bonito empaque y buena presentación en general.
