Fundamentals of Performance Improvement: Optimizing Results through People, Process, and Organizations

I have liked the portability of kindle versions of books but this was TERRIBLE. In the time I could have spent reading a whole chapter, I was stuck on 3-4 pages trying to get highlights to work properly. I ended up having to buy the paper version as well as the kindle version.Here are improvements that are needed.1. Charts are extremely complex with small/fuzzy print. There is no way to magnify/ clarify the charts.2. Highlighting a passage will cause you to "jump" pages if there is a citation/chart involved in your highlight. You may or may not know where that is in relation to what you were trying to highlight.3. Charts are sideways in addition to being small/ fuzzy. Good luck.I can't really comment on the content because I have been fighting the kindle so much I can't learn the content. This was a waste of money for me. For a book on Performance Improvement, it has a lot of improving to do.

The Figures in this book are difficult to read and they are printed sideways. do not pay full price for this kindle edition, it is trash. You will be better of buying the paperback or renting it.If you are using a computer with kindle be warned or be really good at using kindle on computer. Overly sensitive controls

Book served it’s purpose for my graduate level course. Not in the greatest condition and most of the text was covered in highlighting with some notes written in pen. Would’ve hoped for a little better quality but overall it got the job done.

Bougth this as it was a required text fo a class. There are infomrative chapters, worksheets and ID tools that are useful. We also used a lot of the case studies in the book. I good text with useful tools.

Very good information. I earned an A in my doctoral course so, I must have learned something from the book.:)

I return the book since I'm having difficult time find the pages I need to read.

I bought this kindle textbook to supplement my course text and it's much better than the required text. The kindle version is easy to use, also.

Fine book. Great condition.
