Q: Are these made by siemens? are they compatible with signia pure (made by siemens)?

Unfortunately I don't know. They did not work for me so I discarded them.

Q: What size semi-open tulip dome do I need for my Kirkland 8.0 hearing aids.

My COSTCO "under fit" my aids with 8mm domes which are too small for my ear. It does depend on the size of your ear opening but the point I am making is that I was fitted wrong and I have to update mine to 10mm. It boils down to my having to spend extra money to fit my own domes since my aids did not work well until I noticed on my own that I had been underfit. I could have gone back to COSTCO but it would have cost me about $30 in fuel to go down to the COSTCO in Cedar Park, Texas, so I put that $30 to better use by "experimenting" with different sizes of domes.

These are single domes. Double domes do not come in open or tulip.
