More room than you'll know what to do with!
Much, much bigger than the picture lets on.This tool pouch is mammoth, with plenty of room in the main compartment for whatever you want to stash in there.Plenty of smaller slots around the rest of the pouch, for utility knives, carpenter pencils, screwdrivers and drill bits. The construction on the bag is great and shows no signs of wear, or weakness, or stress in any seams. The tool belt that comes with the pouch is great, and comfortable on the hips. One drawback, is if you are planning to use it as a tool belt pouch, the carrying handle is unable to be removed, unless you cut it off (which I have not done, and am not sure I want to do).

Best little tool bag!
I work in a technical field using a wide variety of tools. I have a whole cabinet of tool bags i have tried....and thrown to the curb, or cabinet in this case. This tool bag has a great handle and hangs nicely from hooks and other available spots. I used a rubber spray paint to reinforce the bottom, but other than that, it holds up nicely. I work in an environment of caustic materials, and have been through three or four of these now. They hold all the tools i use, ranging from screw drivers, fluke meters and specialty tools. I even improved my last bag by mounting some very strong neodymium magnets to the bag so that i could throw the bag against anything metal, and it would stick.Great product!

Dead on
Good buy! I am a career construction guy. I love it! About 28 years of trying out different systems for different work types. I love most dead on products for their affordability and functionality and durability. This bag has all three. I'm pretty sure it's set up for a linesman or electrician but, I could use it for iron working or wood framing or what I use it for now, cabinet installation. It is made up of the durable and heat resistant canvas that helps my smoking hot drill bits from burning a hole in the bag where I hold them (cell phone compartment) I would recommend this bag to just about any tradesman out there who needs an affordable durable function durable bag plain and simple. The large part of the bag is quite roomy for large tools like speed squares bolts chisels screw whatever and other medium pockets and it's basically surrounded by built in slots for all the little sharp stuff. You will like this bag. Just add it to your favorite belt

Add some attitude to your bags.
Simply amazing. Dead On I'm in love. This bag is perfect. Pockets everywhere, exactly where you need them. The material holds up. This is the second bag I've purchased from you guys. The first being the Framer's Bags. The belt fits nice too!

Great buy
Been wearing daily as an over the shoulder for about 2 months. Other than the soft floor, it's seriously a great bag. I'd buy the rest of the belt if I had need for it.

Could be more durable
I have used this tool tote for the past few years. After continual day to day use the tools wore through the bottom after @ 6 months. I was able to repair it by attaching, with adhesive, rubber conveyor belting. This helped the tote to stand up better when set down and I was able to get another year and a half of use out of it before the stitching on the bottom came apart. This is a replacement bag and before its first use I adheared the same rubber conveyor belting inside and out and sprayed the bottom welting with a few coats of flex seal in hopes this will help it last for a few years more then the last one, because the bag is easy to handle and carries the essential tools needed for minor repairs and troubleshooting in an industrial environment.

This is the one you want
It is rare that something like a tool bag can be so gratifying, but this one is.(The fact that I pulled the trigger on two when they were going for $17.50 CAN each plus free shipping didn't hurt either)I am a locksmith and can often repair what I am working on with just an Irwin 9-in-one screwdriver and some spray lube, but not always. As other reviewers have mentioned, this bag is bigger than it looks, but in a good way.I have previously used smaller pouches, but they would end up a jumbled mess of tools and discards (from cleaning up fast after a job) due to the tool pouch not being well designed to hold the tools for easy selection and access. They would also inevitably end up with some scratchy files or a hammer handle hanging way down below the bottom of the bag from their loops so they would scratch any counter or surface that I tried to set it on, and "wedge" style pouches wont sit flat and upright anyways, they have to be laid on their backs. This Dead-On solves every problem in one shot. This bag has a nice flat bottom that makes it sit straight upright when you set it down. The longer than I would have thought desirable backing flap that the excellent ergonomic grip handle attaches to lets you store longer-handled tools like files and hammers IN the bag instead of hanging down and out like mentioned previously. The best part for me is that even with all the hand tools I would pretty much ever need loaded into it, I can still fit a large can of spray lube into the remaining space in the center, due to the tools all being retained along the inside of the bag by well thought out organizing loops. Previously I would always have my spray lube in my other hand, and would often set it down and forget it, but now even if my cordless drill is one hand, everything else I need is stowed in my perfectly sized Dead On. You won't find anything comparable to this in any Canadian store (believe me, I've looked) If you do a job that requires anything like this, just buy it.

It's been great, let's see how long it'll last now!
It's been nothing but amazing. Some of my tools don't use rivets but use a nut & bolt to hold themselves together, which snags against the canvas. It'll wear out eventually, the question is... when? But when it does, I'll be back for another pouch as a replacement!

works great and feels tough
Use this belt on residential jobs, works great and feels tough. Came with a belt which was great, only complaint would be that the handle can get in the way but its a simple fix to just cut it off. Overall great pouch for the money

Good product
Good bag for electrician, no belt but you can put it on by yourself. I definitely love it, a five star rating.
