I HAVE VERY STRONG HAND GRIP. MY OLDER GUY THAT WORKS FOR ME, HE CAN'T QUITE WORK THEM AND LIKES TO BACK THE TENSION OFF, THEN THEY SOMETIMES DON'T WORK QUITE AS GOOD.

I bought one, and once all my coworkers saw how great these clamps work they all ordered them as well. I feel these are a higher quality than the C.H. Hanson product which I also own. Great for metal framing and holding studs to drywall in topout applications. Not good for pulling objects together as they will adjust to the thickness between the objects under pressure. Definitely easier to release than normal C-clamps but may pinch gloves and skin if not careful when clamping.

I had a similar pair from a different brand and they worked great. These are poor quality

Bought for metal stud framing. I use them when holding is low stakes because clamp tension is unreliable. About 1/2 the time it loses tension as i’m closing the clamp. Then i have to open it all the way and try again (repeat until it decides to clock back in). If you have small hands this is a two hand maneuver which is a time wasting pain in the ass & makes me look like a putz. (I’m an apprentice, I don’t need help in that dept…)All that said, the design concept (when functioning properly) is fantastic.

Definitely improves productivity not having to adjust the clamp every time you use it, they have plenty of clamping power, seems durable, and well built. . The only disadvantage I noticed is the fact you can’t tighten the clamp while clamped, as you can with a manual set, so not the best for all applications.Overall, a great purchase.

Welder/fitter NY, BrooklynI work with big plated reparing barges.There is a lot of metal stucture and a lot of times when need something to be hold in place for me to weld it and fst most of all, this have never failed me.From welding latters, scaffolding on side of the barge, brackets ,etc. Point is that these are great.🤘🤘
