Works but is smaller than the housing
I bought this because when I accidentally broke the wire when removing the battery in my switch to replace the housing. This works as intended but it is a smaller battery and smaller physically so stick it with a bit of tape to ensure it doesn’t move around and disconnect.

Not the same size as ariginal but it worked well
Although smaller than the original joycon battery, it worked well

Bends the joycon plastic when bent! BAD!
Bad! The battery is not the same size as the orginal battery nor does it fit like the original battery. When fixed in place the battery clearly pretrudes from the casing and causes the joycon plastic to permamently bend when the casing is re-fixed.The battery however works fine but unless you want a curved joycon DO NOT BUY!

Do not buy
The battery itself is too thick for the Switch Joycons, terribly made too even if it did fit.
