Great Snips
This is my second pair of these. My first lasted over 10 years. They cut thick hard plastic, thick cardboard, and just about anything else regular scissors can’t. Very handy to have around. I ordered two pairs this time; 1 for inside the house and 1 for the garage.

High quality cutters
These are very high quality cutters. Very sharp and cut through leather, tin, fabric, cardboard and plastic. Well worth the money.

Good value shears for kitchen use
After a few weeks of *kitchen* use, here are my impressions:PROS:- Sharp blades, micro serrations can be grabby but that's good in most kitchen situations- Fairly heavy duty. Has a sturdy feel, and handles up to (at least) chicken bones well- Red accents on handles makes it easy to find in the drawer- Can take it apart when a deep cleaning is requiredCONS:- Heavy spring can make for a tiring job if it's more than a few snips- Even with the heavy spring, the screw may need adjustment to let the snips open back up- Finicky handle latch stinks. Little hinged plastic hook-tab works ok sometimes, and sometimes is a pain to use that seems destined to break.Overall a very decent pair of shears for the price, that I'd recommend if you're looking for a solid value.Hope this was helpful!

Great pair of snips
I have bought these before locally about 3 or 4 years ago and they're still going strong very sharp so I decided to get another pair for gardening these are excellent shears/snips they made a titanium and they have never rusted for me which is a great plus considering many other scissors and Snips and shears do I've tried many so I know I recommend these the price is fantastic also

Handle & lock mechanism consists of cheap plastic
I do not recommend this product. Perhaps the blades are good, but the functionality and usefulness is seriously reduced by the plastic handle and locking mechanism. There are many better tools for not much more money that the locking mechanism works seamlessly unlike this one. Also, I had assumed the entire handle was a dense rubber, but only the orange part is a thin layer of rubber & the rest is a hard plastic, making the tool uncomfortable to use. But the l the locking mechanism is totally unacceptable and prone to breakage as many other reviewers indicated. Don’t waste your money. I don’t understand how this junk got so many stars. Also, since they called it a “snip” I thought it was going to be smaller for making precise cuts on small plants, but it is too big for that.
