Falls Apart
I bought the cable in November 2018 and used it for this first time in August 2019 going to Hawaii. The cable works, no problem there. Didn't use any switches. Mainly to listen to music. When got home I noticed that one half of the case, housing the switches was missing. Very disappointed. Won't buy from this seller again.September 3, 2019After 9 months, GearUp Electronics replaced the broken cable. At least they stand behind their product. Good show. The replacement cable looks okay and well made. I tried it and it works fine. Hope it holds up. It's possible that the first one that I had was a lemon.

not compatible with bose ae2 earphones
Doesn't correctly fit in the bose ae2 headphones (despite marketing saying it does). You can cram it in, but not worth it. Had product less than 3 months and sound has failed. Do not recommend purchase for Bose Ae2.

Works with Xbox One
I bought this so I could use my Bose QC35 headphones with my Xbox One (the built in mic isn't picked up by the Xbox) and it works perfectly fine for this use. I have had a few friends say that my I was slightly quieter than normal after switching, but nothing that stopped us from being able to chat. This cable isn't OEM as other reviewers state, but it works.

Quality of the volume control knob ruins otherwise good cable
The sound to my headphones provided by this cable was fine. The color was cool, and the rubber had a good, high-quality feel to it. All of that unfortunately means nothing because the volume control box broke on the third day of use—the two plastic pieces split apart and one piece was lost. I taped together but it only took two more days before one of the wires broke off and it stopped working.

Going strong after more than year
Identical to original cable, same high quality pvc covering. Been in use for more than a year, lasted longer than original.

Great find. This is the EXACT same cable as the original that came with my headphones. Obviously the Bose manufacturer. And only $10!

Great condition !
The cable was faulty as it broke within 2 weeks, but the seller shipped a new one. Totally backing up their product. The cable and the microphone work perfectly. Absolutely no issues. The volume control as well as on and off button for sound work just fine.

Waste of money
This product was terrible from the start, static was audible if the wire was moved even the slightest. The wires mic capability shorts out in mid conversation. I missed the return date by 3 days after the mic issue started. Basically it’s garbage now after 4 uses. Find a more reliable seller, these products are not genuine Bose or defects.
