Drill Bit Set

Form, fit, and function as advertised.

Husband needed these on a remote job site. Reports they arrived and worked as he had hoped. Having said that, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

Not great, but mostly usable. I was expecting the outside collar to not spin with the drill bit, but these aren't made well enough to do that. I also had an issue twice where the bit jumped out through a side hole in the collar as I pushed it down. Luckily I caught it before starting drilling. Some of the sizes/thicknesses work better than others. At least there's some variety and they include extra bits, so it's not a bad value.

The units are okay but they arn't as accurate as I would like.

I've used these off and on for months, I like them in general, but they seem to get gummed up and sticky easy. which forces me to take them apart and clean them. If you are a light user, they will probably be fine. Don't buy if you will be using them weekly.

We are building eight tiny homes for Veterans and need to install 8 doors. This Drill Bit Set made the task quicker and easier. Would have given 5 stars for Durability but two of the drill bits broke... BUT we replaced them and the main portion of the unit works great. Would have given 'Easy to use' 6 stars as the shafts of each unit allows us to change then out in seconds.

Makes centering holes easy.

Needed this for the 9/64 bit, so that’s currently the only one I’ve tried. No matter how many times I attempted to get it in the drill straight, it flopped around at the point. Which totally negated its purpose.Now I’ve tried a couple others, and while they aren’t perfectly straight, they don’t flop like the 9/64.Very disappointed.
