Very pleased with the product. Excellent customer service. The package arrived timely but upon doing an inventory of the parts, discovered the hardware package must have fallen out. Amazon provided me with the company contact information. I explain my problem and they were very accommodating and shipped replacement hardware out in a timely manner. Pictural instructions leave a lot to be desired, but was done in a few hour between 3 people. One drawback: Since I am 5' 2" I need a step stool to secure the canopy open/closed. Overall...I really like it! Also the canopy is not waterproof or even resistant but is a great shade

The finished product seems like a decent value for the money. It's solid and well engineered with the exception of the predrilled holes on pillars lacking a threaded hole- it works almost like a sheet metal screw but with Allen bolts. The canopy doesn't slide real smoothly but it's not so bad that it's a deal breaker. While the trend for all products seems to be poorly written/drawn assembly instructions this is one of the worst- and as someone who has put a lot of things together lately I speak with some experience on that. There was a lot of trial and error in assembling this one.

It came damaged. One of the legs came bent. I returned it.

Would be nice if it has braces between corners to help it hold stronger.

Easy to assemble I had my wife help hold one side up at one point. Had it together in a couple of hours after work. The color of the canopy is not red more of an orange. It matches my brick though.

Spend time on the directions... (which are very hard to understand)But once it's up...it looks great+
