Golf mk5 (rcn210)
Great little cable. I used it to connect the Ariel from a golf mk5 with has 2 female connects on the cars loom, to a new radio which had one male connecter on it. (Rcn210)

If quality was better it’d work
This product sort of works, it does connect both antennas to one, but the station has to be in close proximity to you (closer than normal). The way the wire is soldered underneath that cover I believe is done poorly as you can get perfect reception when you touch the moulded part with two fingers gently so perhaps the tape part is not good for the job. I highly recommend finding one of better quality on another site.I’d return it, but I reckon I may be able to get my dad to resolder it and make it work properly, if it works I’ll write an update.

Not for my vehicle
Didn't work for me as wasn't lead i needed for my car aerial and should ordered different one for my car.so can't really say if it would work all systems are different.

Fit my MKIV GTI with Aftermarket Radio
With this adapter, I was able to reconnect my factory antenna to my aftermarket head unit. Since connecting this adapter, I have noticed a significant improvement in my reception. It's not often that I use terrestrial radio but before I had this powered adapter, I would get a lot of static. I now get stations that I was never able to receive.This did adapt to my 2005 VW GTI MKIV with Aftermarket radio.

Fondamentale in caso di sostituzione della radio di serie, prima di collegarlo siate certi di possedere una antenna amplificata.
