I use this microscope to photograph coins in my collection. I really like the fact that I can see the images not only on the built in screen, but on my computer and my iPhone as well. In the past I’ve purchased digital microphones to take photos, but the images always looked blurred because the action of pressing the snapshot button on the microscope moved it and ruined the images. I now can take the photos from my iPhone and get perfect shots. One feature I wish was available though, is the ability to adjust the white balance and the contrast and brightness. But I am overall satisfied with the quality and functionality of the digital microscope.

This microscope is a necessity for anyone who works with coins, stamps, electronics, and any other hobby or projects which deals with very tiny details. I use it for electronics work, and with smaller and smaller components these days, I have to have this microscope so I can read and see the details of parts I solder or diagnose. The unit has many features and you can read all that in the description.It accepts Micro SD cards up to 64 GB (I have tested and use a 32 GB card).It takes pictures and movies.It can zoom to show very small details on any object.It has built in rechargeable battery.It can connect to your IOS or Android devices over WIFI (I have not tested this feature).It can be directly connected to a PC to download data from the microscope’s SD card to the PC. It can also use PC’s camera application as a display.The settings allow using many different languages, date/time settings, movie and picture settings, LED brightness, screen saver timeout, and auto power off.Pictures and movies are extremely clear.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas this year to use for his coin hobby. He collects and uses this scope to see the coins in fine detail. The screen is the perfect size for his uses and offers plenty in resolution and zooming capabilities. He is able to see every discrepancy, every coin ridge, every scratch, worn letter/number, and step. He doesn't have a computer to hook this scope up to yet (which it is capable of doing), so the downloadable app for this device and micro SD card compatibility to save captured video and images of his coins is perfect for him. The only thing that would make this scope 5 stars rather than the 4 that I'm rating it is if it had a built in light for the viewing area which isn't really all that big of a deal providing you can create your own adequate lighting for the items you are viewing.

I love this thing, this is one of those generic pieces of electronics where you get way more than what you paid for. Comes with a nice solid stand which makes a big difference with these microscopes. I bought one for my son and all his cousins, they love them. Sturdy, easy to use, fairly priced, this microscope is not powerful enough to look at critters in the pond water or blood cells or stuff like that, it’s more of a very high power magnifying glass, With a very convenient monitor on it. It allows you to take picture and video of whatever you are observing. Sometimes it does help to have a little more light shining on the specimen than just the light provided with a microscope. Great for looking at coins and circuit boards and bugs and stuff like that :-)

I just recently started coin collecting and this is a must have!! Great imaging on the screen, amazing zoom feature, comes with a stand or can suction cup to any table or countertop. My only complaint is there seems to be a weak spot on the focusing wheel. there are times that it does not want to stay where it needs to to be focused. But if I fiddle with it, i can get it to stay. But overall worth the money I paid

Terrible design. Could not get focus knob to stay put. Returned as defective because I didn't think the focus knob was actually working. I returned it and the seller is replacing with a better model at no charge. That's how you keep customers happy.Thank you Seller.

Love this little scope. thought the screen would be too little for my old eyes, but was totally surprised @ the clarity. i use this for coins and stamps. the only con is that it can be sensitive to adjustment if you have shaky hands. all the tech functions are easy to use and add to the overall functionality of this tool.

Was not sure what to expect, but it is impressive for what you pay,I am using it for Coins, which was the reason I purchased so I can view details marks etcAnd it really gives such a great detailed veiw on what under its camera. The app is great that is synced to your phone though on the phone pictures depending on daylight etc can be not of the same quality you get on the actual screen of the device.That being said it comes with a memory card inside you can pop in and out if needed...It's portable so I am very happy with that...I can't fault this at all I am very happy with this product I know people use for various reasons but impressed for what I paid.

I brought this item as I work in the computer refurbishment sector. We occasionally get valuable machines with damaged CPU bays, more often than not the pins are just bent and out of place and being able to see them to reseat them accurately can fix the problem and save the mother board.This camera does the job especially with its built in viewing screen, which means I don't have to attach it to a computer monitor or mess around with mobile phones.The SD card enables me to take before and after detailed images which I can save and store on my PC.Its easy to use, but getting the hang of the focusing can be tricky at first. Practice makes perfect.You need to use the stand really as kepping it stable with one hand can be tricky whilst trying to work.I would like to buy one with a lower magnification to take pictures of the whole bay as this won't zoom out and focus far enough to get a photo of the complete bay. Still looking.All in all does what it says on the tin for a reasonable price.

I've been very pleased with this item. Bought for microelectronics, I have mounted the microscope on an anglepoise stand (bought separately).I'm able to position the microscope far enough away from my circuit board to comfortably solder using hot air, while still able to get a clear magnified image of small SMT components.

Its a fantastic product, the magnification makes soldering extremely easy being able to see track points on PCB however the software for the phone is very poor when saving images to the phone.

Better than expected easy to use. This has been very useful in soldering smd components on to printed circuit boards. I purchased many electronic kits to build in lockdown. No problems with using microscope and storing on memory card.
