This was the best thing I ordered when my daughter got her wisdom teeth pulled. It helped her a lot with the swelling and the pain. I would recommend this product to any child or adult to use this product it’s worth the money they are very durable.

PRO TIP: I put one ice gelpack disc (small circles, sold separately) in the pocket of each side in addition to the rectangles to help better fill out the shapes.I've had this item in service for almost two years, and the soft-chill inserts have stayed in great shape.The blue fleece outer wrap, however, has loosened and stretched to the point that the velcro wraps too far to meet its mate, and the ice gelpack pocket openings are a bit looser despite infrequent changes and folding them carefully and easing in slowly to allow passage.Not being able to secure it around my head any more without making sewing alterations, however, renders it useless without another hat over it, and that's a lot of bulk.Overall, it has been a good standby for jaw pain or surgery and chronic headache support. I would buy just the outer wrap again if I knew it would last more than 2 years. The ice gelpack soft inserts are still in great shape.

We are using these pads on my wife's post-op right foot. Great in that you can have a pad on the top of the foot and on the bottom. Package arrived as advertised, in good order, and on-time.

Build of fabric is really low quality, but is perfect for my TMJ issues when my jaw muscles are very tense.

Got this for my wisdom tooth surgery. The wrap held everything in place perfectly. The ice packs stayed frozen for around 20-30 mins which made it easy to stick to the recommended intervals.When I was ready to switch to heat to help with the jaw pain, I just heated the packs and held them with my hands. 10/10 definitely recommend.As a plus, the ice/heat packs can be reused for any future needs! We keep ours at the ready in the freezer. Don't hesitate. If you had wisdom tooth surgery, nab this and you'll thank yourself later.

Overnighted these before my wisdom teeth surgery in case the place I went to didn’t give me one. Thank god I did! Really is the best bang for your buck, especially since you get 4 ice packs to interchange. The packs last cold for about 30 mins which is perfect for the 20 mins on and 20 mins off technique they have you do. i haven’t tried heating them up yet but I’m hoping they work just as good for heat.So far It’s day two and I’ve had just a little bit of swelling. Between the pineapple juice I drank before to reduce swelling and this product, I’d say my swelling should be gone by day 4!
