Poor quality, terrible customer service

Really poor quality item and even worse customer service.Item was delivered 4 days later than originally specified and is showing signs if rusting after only 4 weeks use. Glass does not stay on coffee table and slips around whenever the table is moved.I have requested a refund but the company are refusing to collect the item unless I repackage it, it's a sofa not a dvd! Obviously I don't have the original box as I didn't expect to have to return it. No idea where they expect me to get a box to fit it.Avoid this product and company at all costs.
