Great for sleep
Great for sound sleep. Think it may be good for anxiety. (have not taken during the day). No upset stomach or side effects. Glad I made purchase. Small coated tablets - easy to swallow

Excellent Product
Whenever I feel the need to calm down, relax etc. these are my go to supplement. I have taken these for quite a few years now, they are the best ever. It is such a shame they are not sold over the counter in the UK, however, I can always go to Amazon or buy direct from the company in the USA.
