I have seen improvements in my muscle cramps and stamina as my normal diet is very inefficient.Ps: dont overuse or take as primary diet.

Product is ok .nive recovery in my heavy workout but .problem only with this fruit puch flavour .its to like lemon and i fell cold allergy after take his ....citric acid is main problem .and flavour is not good .why u sellimh only this flavour .....watermelon is better

I read all the negative reviews about how bad it tastes but, I don't think it's bad. I do use more water then recommended so maybe that's why. Anyway great price. Only thing I don't like about it is it's hard to mix.

I've been lifting and taking all sorts of supplements for almost 20 years now. Pre-workouts, intra-workouts, post workouts. Protein shakes, BCAAS, Creatines, etc etc. This is BY FAR the worst tasting supplement I have ever experienced. It makes you wonder how things get through product testing, yea its THAT bad. After trying to just deal with it for a week, I had to just throw it out. Avoid !!!

I am 40 years old and started having some sore joint and muscle aches after work outs. Sleeping at night was getting painful and I didn't want to keep taking Advil. I was at first doubtful about this product, but after using it for about 5 days I am so happy to say I have seen a noticeable difference!I highly recommend getting a shaker bottle. Of course Amazon has them for like $10 with a round wire shaker ball inside. They make it so easy to shake up and gets all the clumps out and no leaks! I got the one made by BlenderBottle 20oz in plumb purple. I use it to make iced coffee and other stuff too.I think it tastes like Kool Aid and I actually enjoy drinking it. I have noticed less soar muscles and joints since starting it and it seems to get even better the more days I have taken it.Overall, great product for the money and I would recommend it to anyone needing a little muscle and joint support for after work outs!

I was excited for the amount of servings and grams of bcaa per serving for the price. I had never tried fruit punch flavor before so I was like, "hey why not?" On top of that I was also using MP cookies and cream flavor protein which isn't too bad. Following the directions on the container 1 scoop ever 8-12 ounces of water and trying it out, the flavor did not taste like fruit punch at all. Like many of the negative reviews if you are looking for one for the taste this ain't the right one for you. The aftertaste kind of reminds me of opening my mouth in the restroom.

This product is awsome. Both my husband and I have been using it for a couple years now. This is the only fruit punch flavor from all other supplements and companies that actually taste good. For what you get, the price is good. Quality is good. I use it while training and my husband uses it through out the day ( he is very active and plays sports). I do notice a difference when I don't take BCAAS regarding recovery. It takes me longer to recover. There are higher quality BCAAS, BUT I like this one due to its price point (have to be budget conscious) and it works well for us. I will continue to use this product and I recommend it.
