Nothing sticks!!
These pans are great! NOTHING sticks. Very easy to clean. My wife bakes sourdough bread, and the loafs come out easily, with a nice browned crust. Chocolate chip cookies slide off easy, you barely need a spatula.

I love Calphalon
This set is an addition to my current Calphalon cookware. I have been using Calphalon for about 10 years and I love it.

Great set but keeping them in good shape takes some extra care!
We love the set and use each piece regularly. Our only gripe is they scratch and rust very quickly and easily. We do put them in the dishwasher and take them out right away and make sure they are dried immediately or the edges on the bottom sides fill with rusty water and drip all over everything.
