This cord is perfect for macrame which is why I purchased it and i love the quality! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the color and name is a little misleading. I understand photos distort color but it appears darker on the item photo and when it arrived I honestly thought they sent me white due to how pale the sage green really was. As I continued to inspect it, is was in fact green just a very, very light shade of sage green. So I won’t be able to really use it for Christmas projects like I wanted but will still be useful in other things.

Very loosely wound single strand. It is advertised as 3mm but measures at 5mm. Cord is very soft but not easy to work with because it separates so easily.

Beautiful and soft cord to work with. Make sure you tape the ends as it does unravel easily while knotting it. I made this wall hanging, a plant hanger, a dream catcher style wall hanging, and still have enough left for probably another plant hanger.

I absolutely love the color and it is *so* soft. Great for tassels and feathers, combs out great. That being said, the cord is wound VERY loosely. It comes unwound without being worked with, making most knots (even very simple ones like double half hitch) virtually impossible. I haveeven struggled keeping it wound while making a gathering knot. So buy with caution, would definitely advise against using this cord for wall hangings or elaborate plant hangers.

Great Macrame cord. I saw reviews about it unraveling while working with cord and being poor quality but it’s a single strand cord so it’s expected to loosen up while working with it but that’s the beauty of using it for macrame, combing it out is much easier for fringe. The color is fantastic!

If you like string that unravels it’s great, awful product. It’s a cross between yarn and string, I had to tie knots at the ends or I would of ended up with a tangled mess. It comes with a lot of string/yarn but it’s gonna be useless to me. I’m doing a mock pattern now and it frustrating just to cut the cords I need because of the unraveling.

This cord is actually 4mm I uploaded a video showing sheweave 3mm single strand cord same Keychain knots so you can see the difference. Still it's beautiful cord but it's not 3mm.

The softness and color are great. My only real issue is the other MBCordas cords I have are wound tightly and this one is much looser therefore it begins to unravel very quickly when using it. It’s great for fringe though. But definitely harder to work with for knotting projects with how quickly it unravels.

J'ai acheté ce produit car la description disait (Détails et caractéristiquesCordon en coton de qualité supérieure de 3 mm. Un rouleau est d'environ 459 m de corde en macramé 100 % coton.) supposé 459 mètres mais n'a seulement que 145 mètres. Fait 2 fois que je me fait avoir. Je croyais que s'était moi qui s'était trompé mais non. FAUSSE DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT.

Suite a mon utilisation je crois pas en acheter a nouveau ... elle est très belle mais très difficile a utilisé car elle se casse facilement puis-qu'elle a beaucoup beaucoup de petite corde et elle sont très fragile .

This is my favourite single twist macrame cord it is super soft great for what I am using it for. It does come in ravelled easy but if you know what your doing it will work great. The only complaint I have is some of the colors are slightly off. My phone looks like saje green but it is much more gray in person. Highly recommend the rest of the colors though!

I should have read the item description properly, my fault for buying single twist, but this was the worst macrame cord to work with. I did manage to make one plant hanger, it looks like crap, and there's no way I can sell it. I am now stuck with the product. I cannot use it. Really not happy with this. The only positive thing I can say about this cord is the colour is really nice.

I hesitated initially on this cord because of the price but the colour was too beautiful to not try it. So happy I did!This cord is so soft and looks gorgeous knotted. The colour is exactly what I expected from the photos.Perhaps not the best cord to start with if you’ve never tried macrame because it’s not as forgiving if you have to undo knots and try again but you don’t need to be an expert to work with it either (I’m not!)I am about to place another order in other colours!
