I loved this sleeve because I had broken my arm few yrs ago and was having lots of pain. I was having facia massage therapy and this has been a life saver. The sizing is perfect. Great quality! Most important I had pain relief. It works well and comfortable If you need Pain Relief this is a must buy

Not a bad price for this comfy sleeve. It stays in place for a few hours before I have to pull it up just a tiny but.

I am a big fan of so-called compression sleeves and have many various brands made from different fabrics. Most I wouldn't consider very helpful for some of my major past-times - weightlifting and trekking in the wild.While most compression sleeves provide some level of support and protection, one really needs to align the type of compression sleeve being used to the activity just as one would socks, shoes or boots.When people think of weightlifting or exercising with weights, they think of men. Well guess what, there are a lot of female lifters out there as well and our numbers are growing. And just like men need products that can stand up to repetitive and heavy use, women do as well. And quite frankly while many of us gals may enjoy many of the same activities as men, we do tend to be a bit more concerned with protecting our bodies and these do a pretty good job of protecting the arms. For me, these work pretty well and I find them comfortable enough for the activities I do. They protect my arms from bumps, bruises, cuts and scratches and work pretty well keeping my arms supported throughout whatever activity I may be doing. Now this doesn't mean they take the place of wrist straps and such if you're doing very heavy lifts. For instance, I have pretty small wrist and these compression sleeves are pretty much worthless when it comes to adding stability to my wrists, but in those instances I just accessorize my sleeves with Schiek wrist straps which are a great accessory for any serious lifter.As I already partially mentioned these are not as tight as I might like on my wrist and upper arms, but they do a decent job at supporting and protecting my arms. I wear extra small as they seem to provide me with optimum compression and flexibility throughout my workouts.The Sparthos sizing chart is so-so in my opinion as there is always going to be some variability in sizing different portions of one's arm and the quality control on these products is not the best. It's important to watch out for manufacturing variability in the sizing. The size of the sleeves can be inconsistent one order from the next which can be a bit of a pain as you'll need to go through the process of returning and reordering and hoping you receive a product more accurate in the sizing. I have ordered the exact same size sleeves at times and found them to be much larger than the size I purchased previously.While these compression arm sleeves do protect my arms to a good extent when exercising, they are great boon to me when I'm doing another of my favorite pastimes - trekking in the wild. This is where I think they really standout. Not only do they provide your arms with support, but also with protection from all sorts of nasties like potential cuts, scratches and bruises. I can't tell you how many times I was glad I was wearing these.While these compression sleeves will give out after several months of hard use and sweat, they hold up pretty well, as least in my case. Mine get a lot of wear and tear and probably last anywhere from 3 to 6 months depending on what they are put through. Sweat seems to break down the fabric after a while, so mine don't last as long during warmer weather. My experience is that the upper compression gives out first and almost dramatically so. Having your compression sleeves sliding down your upper arms gets really annoying pretty quick.For now, until I find something better, these arm sleeves definitely have a place in my activities. BTW - I am on my 5th pair ;-).

Despite other reviews saying they were too tight I found then to be supportive, firm and comfortable. I have tennis elbow and these help with that. They also keep the arm warm if you're getting it blown upon by the AC. Great product well worth the price.

The quality feels great. It's very soft. Gets a bit warm but that's good for circulation. It just doesn't reach the end of my wrists. I have their knee and elbow compression sleeves which are great but these aren't so much.I need some arm sleeves because my biceps have been really reallyyyyy sore from working in an Amazon warehouse that I just started where I spend 5-11 hours in inbound in a hot trailer lifting heavy boxes on a belt, or working on loading DLI where we have to lift heavy boxes over our heads into 6-7 feet gaylords. They're just so sore.While these sleeves do cover the biceps, they don't cover the entire length of my arm, leaving about an inch to an inch and a half of space, and it's not even snug on the wrists that it does cover. Fortunately I bought this used for only $11, which I think is a good price for this product because it's not worth $18 or whatever it is at a new price.If you need bicep relief, find a new pair of sleeves from a different brand. I already have and they work great. One of the more heavily reviewed 5-star arm sleeves, you can't miss it. If you want to support this brand like how I did, I actually just discovered that you can use their elbow sleeves as bicep sleeves. It actually works great. If I had thought about it sooner and tried it out, I wouldn't have bought the other brand of arm sleeves and just used Sparthos elbow sleeves for my biceps. It covers the entire bicep completely, covers your elbow and leaves a lot of your forearm exposed but it looks and feels great. Just don't buy these arm sleeves. They're really disappointing to say the least.

I ordered a small, I am about 5'6" and about 145 lbs. I have an athletic build. I regularly lift weights and it helps with my elbow pain and is supportive. I have a good knowledge of sleeves / braces that work to help assist with pain and support and for my arm, etc, and this has been great. If you need one for sleeping. I'd recommend getting a neoprene or similar looser fitting product, especially if trying to alleviate pain in damaged joints. I use a mens calf brace when my elbow hurts badly by This does, however, provide exceptional support for lifting / daily activities. Made very, very well. I am very happy with this product.

My daughter is a catcher and this helps her a lot. Takes the pressure off of her elbow.

HELLO IM VERY DISAPPOINTED OF THE SIZE I ORDER A MEDIUM AND IT FITS LIKE A 2X IM MEDIUM BUILD I WEAR 12-14 IN WOMAN CLOTHES 5”7 147lbs IF A SIZE MEDIUM IS THIS HUGE IT WOULDNT DO ANY GOOD TO ORDER A SIZE SMALL BECAUSE IT WILL PROBABLY BE TO BIG TOO. I REALLY HATE TO HAVE TO RETURN THIS TAKES 30 DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND HOW REDICULIOUS IS THAT. IM GOING TO SEE IF MY DAUGHTER IN LAW CAN WEAR IT SHE WORKS FOR ATT AND ALWAYS CLIMBING UP AND DOWN POLES. IF NOT MAYBE I TRY TO WASH IT VERY HOT WATER TO SHRINK. Bought the blue arm support as 1/4 the price of other colors. Feels great on my arm and only take it off when I go to bed LOVE IT
