I was really dissapointed with the service I received from Medex Supply, especially since I was really interested in this product. I ordered it because I was having nasal surgery, and was told icing my nose would help it heal. I was really excited to have found this product , it seemed like the perfect solution!However, Medex Suuply's shipping and customer service left a lot to be desired. I got a shipment notification, and waited, and waited as my surgery date drew closer. I emailed asking for a tracking number, but they said they couldn't send me one. I thought that was strange. I waited a few more days with no sign of it, and called them. The woman told me she couldn't provide a tracking number. How is that possible?I placed the order on December 13th and didn't receive it until Janaury, and by then it was too late. I didn't get the product in time for my surgery, which was the whole point of ordering it. I was very dissapointed.Since it was of no use to me anymore, I gave the Nosebudd to my best friend who is plagued by nosebleeds. She said it worked great for her. Wish I had been able to try it out myself, to help me recover from my surgery.

My daughter gets the WORST nosebleeds. It is scary. This is so easy for her to grab and use to put pressure on the nose herself. She is 10. She does not complain about the cold and the bleeds stop, thankfully, a lot faster. My only problem was that the description said 12, and I only got one. The price was fine for just one, I'm pretty sure it was a typo in the description. The product is excellent and I am very happy to have something that doesn't cover her entire face but ices the nose to slow the bleeding and gives her something to do without panicking. It is also easy to wipe clean if needed. All around a very thoughtfully made product. My daughter and I are very happy with it.

I bought this product because my 8 year old son gets recurrent nosebleeds. This product allows you to apply cold and pressure, and is soothing for children at the same time. It can even be used as a cd compress for other injuries as well, such as fingertip injuries, etc. I am a family practice physician, and I will recommend this to people who get recurrent nosebleeds or have kids.

Product use for me was for putting ice on my nose - I had been through a series of traumatic treatments for a burst artery in my nose. This product makes it easier to apply the ice appropriately.The seller, was prompt and conscientious.

I was skeptical but was willing to give anything a try. I've suffered frequent nosebleeds since being a child, even had both sides cauterized to no avail. The local paper ran a story on this guy (he's from my area) and I took a chance. Have had it about 3 weeks and used it 3-4 times....works in less than 5 minutes every time!! This, to me, is the greatest thing since sliced bread! Well worth the cost and shipping.

Great concept. they really helped with the chronic nose bleeds. However we only had them for a few months and one of them leaked and had to be thrown away. They need to be more durable or cheaper to replace.

Very good product in decreasing the bleeding time my daughter bleeds from her nose. She has ITP with very low platelets and these nose buds are a life saver since I don't have to drag my daughter to ER to get the doctors to stop the bleeding anymore. Recommended!

I wish it was a little thicker. It doesn't stay cold long enough. Also, for what it is, its a little pricey.
