He writes about the subjects in great detail and in a down to earth
I have read many books on out of body travel and this is the most comprehensive one I have found! He writes about the subjects in great detail and in a down to earth, easy to understand way. I actually had 2 OBEs the night I started reading thanks to this simple method. I am glad I found this book and I would recommend it to anyone interested in the subject or to those who have been having sporadic experiences only with other methods.

Re: Author's comparison of OBE to NDEs
This is a very good book that I enjoyed. However, a couple of experiences that most NDE folks go through we're omitted when Mr Raduga says NDEs are really just OBEs; we'll, I have experienced both. First, NDEs generally visit deceased relations and often surprised to learn of one who died that they thought was still living well at time of their NDE. This does not happen with OBEs. Second, NDEs are given a decision to make as to return permanently to physical body or not ; does not happen with OBEs. Third, NDE folks are permanently changed by the experience to where they often have life long re integration issues with physical world - they don't keep their big money jobs, they often divorce and they become more loving and therefore largely out of sink with most on earth. These afteraffects, including post-NDE repeatedly affecting electrical appliances and inability to wear watches due to frequent battery drain does not occur with OBEs. Fourth, most of us come back with our cellular structure literally re wired and look years younger after NDE because to live in a severely damaged physical body we have literally been re charged cellular lay by a higher Beings. Doesn't happen with OBEs. Point is, it is all about dimensional frequencies and the OBEs do not travel where the NDEs do -- our Mission as really Lightworkers after an NDE, coupled with new or enhanced mediumship abilities makes our experience different from OBEs. We NDEs are not special or better than we just have a certain mission to accomplish and our frequent OBEs, where we continue to meet with our Guides, is part of our experience - likely pre-contracted before our birth here.---Robin K.

Discouraging, micromanaging
I started reading this book with interest but got turned off by the guy's negative approach to his students. He'll briefly introduce a concept and then list ten or twenty testimonials of people that have read his work or attended workshops, but with each one, he puts in author's notes to criticize when they did something 'wrong.' He does this for every possible story-- only a few escape unscathed. It gets depressing.

Very comprehensive, and impressive in terms of what seems to be the latest and most updated info in that subject. However, the most important info for me (I have done lots of LDs and OOBEs in the past, but stopped about 17 years ago due to too much work - I wanna go back to it now) which is if we can view reality during OOBEs (for ex, go see something real we do not know about, and when waking up confirm that it really exists - for example ask someone I know to write a big number next to his/her bed, and I go see it :-) ) is not being talked about (well, I finished only 3/4 of the book, so perhaps later but I doubt it).
