Bought this out of curiosity as saw a lot of pictures and hype online. Definitely packs a punch. Don't really understand the difference between this and a tens machine however it does contract the muscles for sure. Comes with cordless ems units all charged and ready to go. Just clip in to pads and stick to desired area. Does what is says all I need to know is if it will give me a 6 pack in a few months haha. Happy with purchase A+

Bought this to supplement my gym activities. My brother had a similar one that runs on AA batteries - I decided upon this one as it is rechargeable via a usb cable. The pads etc are easy to apply and you can certainly feel them working. After a few days use I can feel some muscle tightness across my abdomen. I’m not sure they’ll ever give me a six pack but any help with toning is welcome.

I have used this for the past 4 days and feels tight in the abdomen area eventhough I think it will help to do some regular sit-ups as well.
