Cosco6-foot Signature Series Aluminum Step Ladder, Type 1A, 300 lb. Capacity

I bought this for my elderly parent to use around the home. It is really a great buy. It is light weight, so easy for my parent to carry, sturdy and not too tall. This is only 6 feet so it is good for small light jobs. The tray is a good thing to have when using a screwdriver or retrieving decorations from a top shelf.I am most likely will purchase another one for my self to use around the house. My current ladders of fiberglass are just becoming too heavy to drag around and do simple jobs

The old saying you get what you pay for applies to this ladder. It is very sturdy, works great, easy to use and is very lite weight for this type of ladder. The handle on the side of it to carry the ladder is a great feature. I really like the way the tray to hold a bucket of paint, or other items is handy and made very well too. Good buy and good product.

Seems sturdy. Just the right height for short people

This ladder is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and tall enough that I don’t have to go up too high on it. But when I need the height it’s there for vaulted ceiling light bulb changes. I feel very stable on it. Much better than the 4 ft ladder I have that is just short enough to be irritating.Besides the standing platform at the very top, this ladder has 2 areas to lay or hang your tools. The bigger area has paint can space that keeps the cans from sliding around. Also has a drawer to drop screws or whatever in. Very happy with this ladder.

I bought this stepladder 17 years ago and tried to find another just like it for my son, the only place I could find it was on Amazon. I it is very light, has a built in carry handle, shop towel dispenser and drawer for small items.I have 9ft ceilings and my 5ft 6” frame can touch the ceiling safely to work on lights, etc.
