Martin Jerry Wifi Switches Totally Rock
I recently installed Google Home, and have been progressively installing Martin Jerry WiFi switches, and I love these switches. They are easy to install, they fit nicely in the J-boxes, they look nice once the switch plate goes on, they connect quickly and easily to the home's Wifi via Martin Jerry's SmartLife app -- and, as an added bonus, the app even remembers all the details of your WiFi setup, and pre-fills everything in (including the password) when go to set up another switch. And if the WiFi signal at the switch is weak, the app offers two 'fallback' methods of connecting the switch (the first one, "default installation," worked for me on the first try). Integration with Google Home is a breeze -- and each new switch that I add (after the first one) automatically shows up in Google Home The only way they could make this any easier would be if they came to my home and installed the things for me.So far, I've installed SPST ("single pole") switches, dimmer switches, 3-way dinner switches, and 4-way dimmer switches -- more than two dozen switches so far (and counting). All work great. I recently installed LED bulbs throughout the home (we just purchased it); the LED bulbs were flickering with the old Lutron dimmer switches -- but once I installed the Martin Jerrys, NO MORE FLICKER!I'd give these switches 6 stars if I could. One request for Martin Jerry, if they're paying attention: A 3-way SPST switch would really help "round out" your line. And a single-gang DPST switch would be nice, too (two switches in a single stack; to keep it easy, just have a single hot and a single neutral, with each switch controlling one load -- and the ability in the app to control the two switches independently.

Nice switches but difficult install
These work pretty well, they use the same Smart Life app as many of my other switches and outlets. I had to pair them a little differently, had to autodiscover the type instead of manually selecting the switch type. They don't dim my lights as much as I hoped, I have the same bulbs using a traditional dimmer and it goes darker. But, no flickering at least, maybe I will try different bulbs.Install was difficult. I have worked my way through other smart switches before but am not an electrician, and the fact that the switch connections didn't clearly match the same number or type of connections on my existing switches kind of messed me up. I found a great video on YouTube, though, which helped me understand. Basically, you need to find your main hot wire where power comes from constantly, that is where the 4 way switch goes with all the wires. Then pick colors to match up for the transfer lines, and make sure you match those same colors to the same color wire on the switches for all of the switches. For the middle switch, the one with four wires (2 pairs of matching colors), tie the matching pair of colors with the same color used on the primary switch (mine ended up being 2 reds from my old switch, plus the red to my new switch, and two whites tied to the brown wire on my switch). Finally, on the last switch, match the colors the same as the first two, but also add the load wire to the 2nd transfer cable. That will be marked on the switch as "Load". That cable will usually be black.

This was not a 4-way switch!
I went to install this 4 way switch and it only came with a 3-way master switch. This product is either labeled wrong, or I ended up with the wrong thing. I got 3 switches, but none of them are a 4-way product. I can't find how to actually contact them on here, but I am hoping to get this resolved at some point.

Product works and great service
I purchased three sets of the Martin Jerry 4 way Dimmer Smart Switches. I noticed from the negative reviews that the two most important things to know before purchasing this device is that you have a 2.4 ghz wifi router and you need to know how electrical wiring works. Many routers have both 2.4 and 5 ghz, but you have to have 2.4 ghz. If you are able to like me, unplug a wifi 'Net' , 'Hub' or 'Extender', whatever you want to call it and place it closer to the master switch for the initial set up and than move it back. Everything works for me, I can give commands through Alexa. I did need to add 2 of the 3 switches through the Alexa App. One switch automatically added itself, but the other two did not. It was very simple to add them through the Alexa App.Customer Service was excellent, one of the Master Switches would not dim. The company was very prompt on handling my issue and sent a new Master Switch out very quickly. I was very impressed with the response time and they took care of the issue. Very easy on my end.I definitely recommend this product for the price and features. If it does not work for you, it is not the product, it is the user.

Excellent product and Customer Service
I installed the 4-way application. My wiring was different than in the instructions, so I emailed pictures of my 3 switches. The next day they emailed me back with clear directions of what wires and what switches go where. It worked without any issues. The APP works great and plays very nicely work my voice assistant. I couldn't be happier!!!! Excellent product and customer service!!! I had my doubts because it states it's a 3 way switch, but comes with a 2nd add on switch. Thank you!

Only smart 4-way I could find
It took a little doing to get it programmed to my network but it did program after a little effort. Unfortunately it looses it's connection multiple times per day. Not much benefit to a smart switch that doesn't stay connected to the network.

Easy...but
instructions are not great, but found a youtube video that adequately explained wiring. replaced a 4 way. Key is to understand electrical power path and that the line, or power has to be at the master, but the load, or power going to light, fan or device is at the other end of the chain. As wiring was not labeled or even proper colors in my house, using a continuity checker and some extra wire - to reach from switch to switch for the continuity checks, made the installation easier. once installed configuring app and alexa integration was a breeze. .
