4/10 HP Sewage Pump and Basin System

Unit will come unboxed with pellets inside. You will not be able to tell if sewage pump is damaged. Stickers on unit will tell you that you do not have to removed packing inside. If you make the mistake I made and assume everything is OK, and the pump is broken, look out. I had put the unit in the ground. After basin was installed I noticed that pump was running and nothing was being pumped. Took off cover on basin and realized pump was damaged. Made multiple calls and e-mails, they refused to replace pump. Wanted me to send whole unit back at my expense.
