This is one of my favorite dress purchases of all time! I love a good retro dress and snatched this up when it showed up in my recommendations at such a great price. I purchased it in my daughter's school colors and intended to wear it to her graduation. Initially it was too tight even though I purchased the recommended size so this is why I deducted a star. However I chose to diet prior to my daughter's graduation and a vacation and so it did wind up fitting perfectly. At my current size most things fit me in a size large but this dress fits in size XL. ( Keep in mind I'm thicker in the middle) The ruffles at the shoulders and the tie belt helps it look even more tailored and gives you a nice silhouette. The fabric is very nice and light and once you iron the fold lines out of it it will remain wrinkle free. I'm so glad I got this dress and am considering another color.

I liked this dress even better than I expected I would. I am slightly overweight and curvy and the shape of this dress looked very nice. The material has some minor stretch to it but not too much. I ultimately returned it because I am looking for a dress to wear to a wedding and while I loved this, it didn’t seem like the right fit for the event.

Perfect size, perfect length, nothing wrong at all… except the light blue with white polka dots pattern made me look like Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz got a job at the 50s diner. Would make a fantastic Halloween costume, just ended up not being my style as a wedding guest lolThe fit was FABULOUS for a very busty breastfeeding mom that was freshly postpartum. Would just recommend going with a different pattern.

The dress is pretty cute. I purchased it as a backup to another dress that I also purchased at the same time for a "beach" wedding. The other dress I purchased fit exactly and that's the one I ended up wearing to the wedding. This dress would have looked better, if it had not been so loose on the top. I felt that perhaps a medium would have been a better fit for me, even though I had purchased large with the other dress (which was from a different company). I am a short woman, so I might have to hem this dress a bit, so it doesn't look quite as long, which makes me look frumpy. The armpits have gaps so I just wore a camisole underneath. I probably should have exchanged this dress for a medium, but it did not seem worth the time, effort, and was not environmentally friendly due to all the shipping back and forth. I am pretty flat chested, so that might have made a difference, too. All in all, it's worth the money and the dress is machine washable.

Very nice material and flattering except for the sleeves, which look a little weird. I like the dress, so I may wash it and see if the sleeves hang better. I didn't think the belt added anything, so I took it off and will remove the belt loops.

Based on other reviews, I purchased a large. I am 5'5", 170lbs and short waisted. That being said, it is obvious that it is made for a long waisted person, I have about an inch plus extra at the shoulders that would bring the dress up to where it should be. Were it not an empire waist, it wouldn't work for me at all.The material isn't stretchy, so there is not give at the hips, which didn't matter for me, it just fit. I'm 36 D and it fits just right around the bust. It's a bit baggy under the arms due to it being too long in the torso.Over all, I do like the dress and will wear it for church, etc.

The dress is beautiful and flattering, but I had to go to a size to have room in the hips and it’s still snug. I’m curvy, but generally true to size in dresses. Size up if you have bigger hips.

I give this garment a perfect 10 because it fits so nicely and feels nice on. I loved it so much, I purchased a second one. I normally do not purchase the same garment because I've never liked something so much. I've only ever done that with pants that I've purchased through Amazon because when you find pants that fit well, you want them in every color. So that says a lot about this dress. Because I am short and wear a medium sized dress, even though it is than I'd like, it still felt remarkably fitting to my body. Normally, I would have something taken up, but not in this case. The dress was actually pretty flattering on my short figure, as is.

Horrible material, thin, and SO much static. Washed with baking soda to soften, used Static Guard, wore a slip underneath—nothing helped. No label with company name or materials used. Don't waste your money.

I personally am not a huge fan of the fabric - it is silky, but wrinkles easily. It also hangs at an awkward length for me, the sleeves feel weirdly big, and just does not feel like the highest quality (however it was a good price, so I cannot complain too much). I would give it 3 stars, BUT my mom really likes the fabric and thinks the length is good, so I gave it 4 stars to compromise (also I am very short so the length may not bother other people).

I love this cute, feminine sundress. I chose the medium and it had a generous fit with an elastic waist. I usually wear it with a camisole underneath to cover the armholes and raise the neckline a bit. It washes well and is so lightweight and comfortable for summer. I've worn it for 2 summers and it hasn't faded a bit. It's a nice light polyester. I give it a 10/10!

Don't buy this dress. It is nothing like pictured. No buttons, no tie, bad material. The dress fit as expected but that is about the only good thing I can say. Took forever to arrive and when it finally did only disappointment was in the package. Was going to return it but its honestly not even worth my time or postage.

The overall dress style is very cute but The material is very thin so I might go buy a slip for it. I ordered a small and its a little big on me I’m 5’9 and about 130 pounds also did not come with the belt as the picture shows I’m waiting to hear back from the seller if they will discount it
