hard to find non chewable for kids that do not want gummies
My daughter has been taking me since she was 9 years old. The dosage for the team formula says two tabs I give her one her naturopathic physician with ok with that. I think she has healthy hair skin and nails and a good energy level.

I wish they were in a capsule form because they are hard for my kids to swallow. I haven't noticed a very noticeable difference since they've been taking them but I'm hoping they are still doing the job.

Horrible smell
These may work and do what they're supposed to but my daughter will never know because once you open the bottle the smell is horrific! My daughter says it smells like cat food, I think it smells worse like catfood mixed with manure. We put it directly into the garbage.

Good vitamin but kids won’t like it.
Bought these for my daughter and she refused to take them. I finished off bottle myself and didn’t mind them but I’m used to multivitamins not being nice. I won’t buy again for my kids if it still looks and tastes like it does. I think what the product does is good job once it’s inside you though.
