I really loved the look of the Moshi Altra case, but the textured ridges almost immediately starting wearing off, making it look old and worn. Then, I dropped my phone about 6 weeks after purchasing, and the screen cracked. I decided to return the case for something more robust, but it was past Amazon's refund window, and Moshi wouldn't process a return for a purchase made through Amazon. In fact, the first time I wrote them they looked at my Amazon order invoice and told me that they couldn't help me, because I had purchased a screen protector from another company on that same order. I was mystified, until I realized they didn't bother to look down at item #2, which was the Moshi case. When I wrote back, they said that their warranty only offers replacement of the product, and not a refund, which is pretty worthless fo a product that wears out in 6 weeks and offers limited protection. Extremely disappointing level of customer service for a high price product that looked like it would be good quality.

I love having the wrist strap, but sadly, that’s about it. I’ve had this case for about a month and it’s already showing a good bit of wear. The fabric part of the back is already a little frayed and the rubber is peeling off. I was hoping this would be a lot more durable at this price point. If I could return it, I would. The design is nice, but the materials used are not impressive at all...

I got this for my husband and he’s been liking it so far. The detachable strap is handy but after a while he took it off because it kept getting in the way. The only thing he doesn’t like about it is the orange piece sticks out at the bottom. It would be nice if that piece was also detachable. Other than that, it’s a good protective case. The rubber sides and back are easy to grip and the one time he dropped it, his phone was fine.

I just got this case and it really fits my need for a solid, reliable protective case for my heavier than expected iPhone XR. I already had a Moshi case for my previous phone and was very happy with it. As a chronic phone dropper, I really trust this brand. The design is very nice even though the "Blossom Pink" color is a tad purple-ish. I haven't used the wrist strap yet but will certainly will. The best feature for me is the texture pattern in the back which is great for this very slippery phone and its glassy back. I would recommend the case and the brand to anyone searching for a good case for their pricey phone.

I absolutely love this phone case! The texture adds both a visual appeal and a functional one. It is so much easier to handle this phone with one hand and to text single handed. The texture adds a significant amount of grip!!! Love the way this case looks and feels. One concern, in the first week the tab that holds the wrist strap is already breaking and I suspect it will be a matter of time before it breaks completely open rendering that benefit of the case useless.

I like this case but the rubber grip stripes take on dirt and stains easily, it also has started to peal off. The orange part of the strap is also wearing and separating some from the case. I've only had this case for 2 months.The phone is protected well but it doesn't look as nice as it used.

Good looking phone case, but didn’t hold up to normal wear and tear. Dropped the case once from a table and the part of the case that hit a tiled floor looked like it got hit with a hammer. Also the loop started breaking apart after a month of use.

It has very nice feel. Grips well and straps are ver nice addition. However, strap connector(orange part) has cracked with in two weeks. Unfortunately I have to return it.

La coque est superbe, bonne protection mais malheureusement très déçu car la coque se dégrade déjà après 10 jours d'utilisation.Je recommande pas.

Ce produit semblait me convenir parfaitement, avec sa dragonne et son style minimaliste, étant donné que je fais souvent tomber mon téléphone. Néanmoins, je me suis borné à l'acheter malgré des avis très négatifs sur la version anglaise d'Amazon. Je n'aurais pas du. Au regard du prix proposé, heureusement moins cher que sur le site du fabricant (où la coque est proposée à l'indécent prix de 45€ hors frais de ports), ce produit ne constitue rien de moins qu'une arnaque. La marque se targue de proposer un produit premium, or l'attache pour la dragonne ne supporte pas les passages dans la poche et s'est décollée au bout d'un mois. C'est sans compter la décoloration du plastique, qui passe d'un bel orange-brique à un marron disgracieux. Pour finir, ma protection écran s'est brisée lors de la première chute avec cette coque, alors qu'elle avait résisté des mois avec une coque concurrente.En conclusion, si ce n'est la rapidité de livraison proposée par le vendeur, je suis extrêmement déçu de mon achat et de mon expérience, et je ne peux que vous déconseiller ce produit.
