The product has very poor insulation or no insulation at all as the exterior becomes hot within minutes of pouring the liquid in!The liquid, usually chai, is lukewarm in half an hour. Very poor product by Borosil.

Very good Teapot
IT is very decent and well made teapot. I am suing this to keep mil warm at my office. Its vacuumed sealing is very good. Powder coating on the body is very premium kind of finishing. It is a lovely product.
