Great barrier between the ground and pool.

There seems to be a mystery about what this product really is. It’s been called “Soft, cushioning, thick, felt-like, padding…”. It is simply a cut-to-size, nicely seamed piece of extra thick landscape fabric. The fabric is marked with which side to put down so that the seam is less intrusive.It is convenient to use, and I feel that it will keep weeds from coming through. I laid it all the way to the fence where I have plants and used it for landscape fabric around those plants. It was difficult to put metal pins in it to hold it down. That’s how tough it is!I can’t say how this is compared to other pool pads, but I like it and I’m glad I bought it.

Really makes the ground feel good wish wasn't so wrinkly and it was more oval and didn't cover the bottom the best. Overall better than on top of sand.

It fit my 18'feet pool perfectly and it is must for on ground pools

This product was placed underneath the ground cover of an Intex metal frame pool and saved any sharp objects from puncturing my liner. The material is a thick felt road mat type material used under asphalt paving. It’s great at stopping roots or grasses from penetrating and destroying your pool. It was good insurance compared to the thin tarp that was supplied with the pool.

Not much thicker than a landscape weed barrier! Very disappointing. I put a thick tarp under it .

I just installed my pool and placed the liner on top of the ground cover. It seems to add a little bit more padding even though it is thinner than I thought it would be. So far so good.

This was not worth the money. It's a thin cheap piece of felt. I was misled because it was supposed to be rubber pad. I never opened it when I received it because my pool wasn't ready to be worked on. I guess I should have opened it up. I was shocked when I did. I wanted a rubber mat for the bottom of my pool and I got this piece of junk felt.
