Dr. Natura Colonix Intestinal Fiber & Kleritea Combo

My life revolves on the school year schedule so my time to do Dr Natura is summer. Every summer for years now. I'm not going to lie, it tastes like crap no matter what you mix it with, so just add more juice or water or whatever you are using and DRINK IT QUICKLY(I use a straw to bypass the majority of taste buds). I also add in Nature's Sunshine Hydrated Bentonite to give it some extra umph. That doesn't help the taste, but it gets things happening sooner, deeper and more effectively. The Kleritea is fine, I don't find it bitter nor need to alter its taste. I brew some and let it steep and cool all day for cold tea in the evening. No lie, the Kleritea is an key feature to this regimen as is making sure you drink lots of water. I cannot personally say it has contributed to weight loss, but it really makes a difference in how I feel and how much I feel I need to eat (much less because the area of proper absorption is clear, not blocked so your body gets more out of less food). Highly recommend.

Great product; no cramping/racing to find a potty, because you know the timeframe it works. Take it as directed, and you will see things coming out of your body that look like aliens!! Seriously scary-looking stuff. It works, it's gentle, and it's all natural...

I always use this brand and product when I need to do a cleanse as it is reliable and predictable. I have no issues with it. This particular shipment however didn't have the pills that come in the box (although it did say that in the description) and it came saran wrapped with just the tea and powder. In hindsight I should have waited but having a vacation coming up soon, and seeing as it is a 30 day cleanse, I went ahead and purchased it. It was the same price for the two as it normally is for all three. My only gripe.

This is the best combination for a colon cleansing. It is very gentle, but definitely gets the job done. There is no racing to the bathroom. The Colonix fiber is a little bad tasting, but I put it in non-fat milk, whisk it up well, and drink it right down. You want to drink it down quickly so that it doesn't get thick. Then you should chase it with a big glass of water. It tastes a little like licorice. I drink the tea at night and it works over night so that when I get up in the morn, my body is ready to eliminate some waste. I feel so much better and lighter! I don't have that bloated, bogged down feeling at all! I've been taking the fiber and the tea for three weeks now, and I can literally see where it started cleaning me out in my upper abdomen and is working further and further down my intestinal tract. Been a good experience!

I've been using the Fiber & Kleritea combo for a little over a week. I do a little something different while mixing the fiber powder. I blend it in my vitamix blender with 1 or 2 lemon wedges, 12-14 oz of filtered water, and a few ice cubes. This really works well for me (especially in the morning). I did try it without the lemons and blending (according to directions), but I find that my body seems to absorb the fiber mixture more readily when I run it thru my Vitamix. I experienced positive results within 3 days (with just using the fiber powder), after incorporating the tea (as directed), I experienced even better results. Tea can be a little strong and create some discomfort IF you exceed directed steep times, so stay close to your timer (lesson learned on my part). I am really please with results and will most likely purchase it again.

Very good combo for cleansing your system. I used after having to take pain meds that stop me up and I know are leaving things in my colon I don't want there. I love the tea at any time. The taste is wonderful and very nice morning or night.
