they are helping with the comfort on my feet. Kind of hard to get into the shoes because the material is a bit sticky. So I put them under my shoe insert and so far so good. They do take up a bit of room.

Gross! There was hair and lint all over it and on the back their were scuffs where you can tell it was in someone else's shoe.

Soft and helpful
These are soft and helpful with my foot issue. The biggest complaint I have is that they make my shoe incredibly tight so I don’t use them as much as I should. If you use these try taking out the original insoles for a more comfortable fit.
