Is this an upgrade to #130?

I don't think of it as an upgrade but as the #130 with a new feature. The feature being the holes. The holes I see as more of an appearance thing, but the company claims they make the tweezers lighter and thus a little easier to use. Some may see this as an upgrade. However the working end seems to be the same to me. The funny thing is that I do prefer the 135 to the 130. So they may be on to something.

Do the holes make it go faster?

In my opinion they help with grip and make them lighter for less hand fatigue
