Biscolata Pia Lemon Cream Filled Cookies Topped with White Chocolate - Delicious Fruit Filling Soft Baked Cookies Covered in Premium White Chocolate (4-Pack)

Like my dad, I’ve rarely liked sweets. Never wanted dessert. So, let me tell you these cookies are SO good, I ate 2 ! The pastry cookie dough is just the right softness; doesn’t fall apart. The lemon flavor is also just the right amount of flavor & not too sweet. The yellow colored white chocolate is thin with a pretty design imprinted and there’s a surprise thin layer of (I think) lemon marmalade. They’re so delicious, I’m buying the chocolate flavored ones for my next door neighbors (I don’t like chocolate but I’ll try one!). And they’re not too big: maybe 1/3” thick and about 1-1/2” thick. I gave one package with 6 cookies to my assistant who is very cautious about lemon; after her second bite, she said, “(The remaining 5 cookies) might not make it home (to her husband & daughter.”

This was my 1st purchase of this brand of pastry. The cookies are not to hard or soft, the bottom is between a cake and cookie consistency. The inside has a lemon jelly or custard filling and it’s topped with a hard lemon shell, not sure if it’s considered frosting or chocolate. Tastes reminds me of lemon bars. Chef’s Kiss.... PERFECT!!!Pricing was very good for the amount provided. In 1 box you get 4 packs, each containing 8 cookies.The package came fast and in good condition. The contents were wrapped and sealed really well. Overall very happy with this purchase. Will buy again in the future.

These do have a nice lemon flavor to them - I'll admit, I was torn between which flavor of these Biscolata Pia cookies to get, and went with the lemon ones since I adore lemon and it had good reviews. However, I think next time I'll try the chocolate flavors since I don't really like white chocolate. If you enjoy lemon AND white chocolate, you'll probably love these. They are soft and I like that they're not too big, and you get four containers which makes it a good price. It's a good snack, especially if you want to share them.

It is my fault I didn’t read closer but I searched for sugar free lemon cookies and these popped up right in line between many other sugar free ones. It must have been an add or something but it caused me to think they were sugar free. I was ordering for my diabetic dad They are not sugar free. Now I have a lot of lemon cookies we can’t eat. 😢

So the other night I was smokin a little flower and got the munchies bad, so since I didn't have any snacks I decided next time I will be PREPARED! So I decided to get on Amazon (bad mistake when you're high or drunk just a forewarning) and buy me the most delicious lemon cookies I could possibly find! And here I am writing this review because let me tell ya out of the $118 worth of different brands of lemon cookies I found, these my friend were the best. So now I have tons of different lemon cookies for the muchies but I can tell ya that these will be eatin 1st.

I know my star review is confusing, but I normally LOVE these cookies and order them all of the time, but for some reason this time they were all melted together. I gave a pack to my neighbors to try before I realized they were melted so I cannot return the bulk package. I’m upset and embarrassed. I will order a new pack and hope for the best. Please try to do a better job with my next order. Thank you!

These arrived stale and melted together, so I could not separate individual cookies. Apparently there are no refunds or returns. I'm bummed, because my sense is they'd be good cookies fresh. I'm also frustrated there seems to be no means of recourse despite product arriving in such poor condition.

I'm a huge lemon fanatic. It is my go-to when I want a dessert. I came across these and decided to give them a try. I wish I hadn't now. My main issues with them:1) Not many cookies for the price. Each stack of cookies is in a bag, in a box, and those boxes in another box. Almost more packaging than food.2) The lemon layer doesn't particularly taste like lemon at all. It has none of the tartness of lemons. I have no clue what it's made of, but it's a rather gummy, tough layer that tastes like a spoon of sugar.They weren't overly terrible, just completely not to my taste. Extremely sweet. Way too sweet for me to stomach.No, I won't be buying these again and I'll find some kids to give them to. Kids will eat just about anything.
