Does not come with the wiring harness connector.
I should have paid more attention to the questions section here. After consulting with the auto shop that I'm having install these (among other things), it turns out that a better option for my '92 Toyota pickup is actually the 4052, and not this 4050. The 4052 has the connector on it. Returning this one.

Easy replacement for my original one with 180k on it
Got a check engine light on my '92 V6 4runner with 180k on it, code 25. From past cars I knew it was likely the O2 sensor, even though the FSM gives 10 possible issues. Splicing the 4 wires in the offsetting method they suggest took a little effort and didn't come out perfect, but other than that it was quick and easy. The code went away, and the truck is driving better between replacing this and replacing an exhaust leak after this but before the cat.

Get out your cutter, crimpers and electrical tape
You are going to have to use your old plug so make sure it is in good shape. You will have to wire the old plug to the new O2 sensor and make sure the connections are water proof. Not a plug and play item so do your research before buying.
