Game changer!
I had no idea these existed until a few weeks ago. I've always used a lacrosse ball, which works great. Sometimes, though, it's just too small and intense for certain areas. This ball fixes that! It's perfect for larger areas like the hamstrings. Durable, comfortable, lightweight, and great for the price.

Perfect for those little spots.
Foam rolling is great and has really loosened up some tight spots on me, but upgrading from a normal roller to this ball for specific areas like the glutes has really taken it up a step. Sometimes it's the good hurt (never pain though don't do too much) that you need to get blood moving and recovery happening after a leg day or long run.

Excellent for tight hip flexors
Very good to reach those places that a foam roller can’t. Especially rolling around the hip area is very helpful to release that tightness in your hip flexors

Great product, but mine was missing the USB-C charger.
This thing works very well. Three different vibrating speeds and very easy/intuitive to use. Ours was missing the USB-C charger in the box, though.
