This couldn't have gone any better! I bought 6 pieces to make a table using a Trofast storage from IKEA. Originally I was going to buy adhesive and get this made gluing it all down. I was looking on amazon for a cheap deal on baseplates until I came across this product. While it wasn't the cheapest option, the purpose of it instantly grabbed my attention.Guys, do yourself a favor and go for these. These are backed with industrial grade adhesive backing and the installation was not only easy, but near instant. No glue to set and weigh down overnight. The directions instruct ideally to wait 24 hours, but after just a few moments this stuff feels locked tight.The directions are very easy to follow and no mess.If wondering if your lego blocks will have a tight fit... no worries there. They lock down identical to the hold of a lego baseplate and are of very high quality.If you're thinking of saving a few bucks, I would ask to reconsider for the sake of time and extra materials... this is a no-hassle ready-to-go solution and the results are fantastic. I completed my custom table install within an hour and it looks very clean and professional. You can't go wrong here. I'm very very happy with this purchase.

If you're worried about the quality and fitment of these brick plates, stop now and just click buy now. I'll break up this review into three sections. Material, application and compatibility. The material is not flimsy but has a strong feel to it. The adhesive pad on the bottom helps with the stiffness. Had I not known it was not a lego product, I would not have known the difference. Applying the plates only takes a few minutes. It may take longer if you really want to make it look even and ensure the bricks fit across two plates. The install picture is self explanatory. My wife and I used painters tape to mark out the edges and the sides to ensure a straight, uniformed install. Check the photos I uploaded. The adhesive is strong and is difficult to remove once installed. The plates are compatible with Lego, Lego Duplo and megaconstrux. All three mentioned brands have a tight fit, but the megaconstrux blocks took a little bit more effort to come free. This is a great product and should be in every "block" owners collection. I did install the plates on the child's "Lack" table from Ikea. See the uploaded photos. Please feel free to ask any questions about this product and my install process.

I bought these to make for a table that was high enough for 6YOs as a gift to friends. I regretted that the "ready made" table I bought from a reputable kids brand was getting too short for my own 6YO. There weren't reasonably-priced, well-constructed tables for older kids (which is silly since kids beyond the toddler age are really the ones who can apply Lego instructions and truly build), so I did an "IKEA hack" with these. My friend wanted a storage solution, so I found the perfect table with interchangeable bins (IKEA Flisat series), and I adhered these base plates on top of the bin covers (see photos). The instructions were very clear and helpful, and we ended up using one 10 x 10" plate plus 8 rows of another plate so they could sit perfectly on the bin lids. (This idea works for those who don't need a huge Lego surface and need a multi-purpose table). That way, when the lids were flipped over with the plate-side down, the Lego plates fit within the bin, making for an even surface for other table uses. I was quite proud of myself. The product was well constructed, easy to cut/snap-off (we followed the directions, using Lego pieces to ensure alignment from one plate to the next), and the Legos fit perfectly on them. The adhesive back was very convenient. I drew some marks on the lids of the table after careful measurement, and stuck these on. Highly recommend! We even had leftover plates we'll use for our own wall, just for fun.

Exactly what I needed!I wanted to set out my son's LEGO figures without having to spend too much. I found a used spice rack at a yard sale that looks like steps. I used these adhesive baseplates on each level by cutting them down to size (as per product instructions). Then I used extra 2x4 bricks all in black to create an additional level on each step.Now I, I mean, my son can have all his LEGO figures out & easy to find. These are AWESOME! I work in a child care center and had done a fair amount of research on building a lego wall! When I came across these peel and stick plates, I was thrilled! To not have to deal with the mess of rubber cement, glues, fumes, etc was worth the extra price. For those who will need to cut them, they cut very easily with an exacto knife (we needed extra for the ends since our starting board was not a perfect square). We did put up a plywood board first (to not ruin the wall since were in a corporate building) and the tiles stuck perfectly to the wood. Deffinitly recommend these! Also, Adam, the owner (i think?) of Creative QT, the company behind this product is VERY helpful. I reached out to him a handful of times before ordering and he was quick to respond and provided photos and suggestions! Good luck!!

I purchased these to make a lego table for my son's 6th birthday. I wanted to make a long table so there was enough room for my son and daughter to both play at the same time so I purchased 2 sets (8 baseplates total). The table I used was 48'' x 24''.These were so easy to use and the directions were very clear and simple. I'm so happy I purchased the 'Peel-and-Stick' version of the baseplates rather than messing with glue and waiting for it to dry...this took about 1/2 hour to connect these, trace them, and stick them down on the table and it was ready to go. AWESOME!

Bought this to cover a table with base-plates for a LEGO Duplo - despite the title I can assure these do not fit. Duplo is double-spaced compared to the LEGO Classic - while the tiles from Duplo attach to these boards, the peg-size is much lower so they are prone to detaching.Otherwise nice packaging and materia.Overall Do not recommend for anybody looking a LEGO Duplo fit - just for LEGO Classic

Simply just not that compatible with duplo despite the so called guarantee. Some pieces fit okay- others not at all. Total fail in my opinion. The adhesive is good though- the base plates is pretty much stuck permanently to our table... but now the whole table is pretty much useless as the duplo pieces don’t fit. So not am I only out the purchase price for the baseplates, I have to buy a new table to create another LEGO table.
