Well packaged, but not a lot of material to dispose of. Fiddley to set up for use, due to oiling and baking of griddle, but after first use quick and easy to clean, reheat and cook bacon, steaks, eggs, etc.,... Well worth the money, highly recommended, would certainly buy this item again if necessary. 5 stars!

Good size and great for cooking on an electric hob! Definitely NOT non stick! and very difficult to clean, which is a shame as for this reason I wont use it as much as intended!

This griddle is a good weight but not too heavy to manoeuvre. Heat distribution is excellent. Food cooks incredibly quickly. (example: chicken breasts in 2 minutes each side).Using the smooth side I have had great results with girdle scones, chicken breast, and hamburgers. Steak is great on the ridged side, but not burgers-they broke up and stuck. I will continue to experiment with courgettes, aubergines, peppers and fish. Would definitely recommend.

This griddle plate has some great reviews, that was one of the reasons for buying it.In theory it should be great for cooking pancakes; two of possibly three at a time. Unfortunately not.Being a little bit ocd I followed the instructions to the letter. I washed it with a mild detergent, rinsed it off, dried it with kitchen towels. Ready for seasoning. Applied a little bit of vegetable oil to both sides. Then “cooked” it in the preheated oven for an hour as instructed. Btw: it doesn’t fit flat in a standard 600mm wide oven. You have to put it in diagonally. I allowed it to cool naturally. I patted it down all over to remove any excess oil. We’re now ready to cook!The plate fits nicely across the back of our gas hob. The two burners at the back are the same size so we can get a good even temperature over the plate. We get it nice and hot ready pouring on the batter mix. Looking great until you come to turn the pancakes over. They damn well stuck!! Out with our old pancake pan and back to doing one at a time.Griddle plate returned for a refund. Great griddle plate. Easy to use and cooks well without burning or sticking. Really easy to clean. Recommended!

Brought to take camping. It’s good for putting on small gas caming stove as it fits both rings and heats up good. Quicker as you can fit quite a lot on it. Cooked well. I followed instructions for washing and drying but it has rusted quite a bit so not happy with that as it wasn’t the cheapest

This grill is my new favourite item in my kitchen. I have an induction hob, and I was concerned whether this would work due to seeing reviews of other griddles not heating correctly, it works perfectly. I do have a flex zone on my hob to heat the whole griddle, if it was just on a regular hob ring I'm not sure how well it would work. The item says pre seasoned, but it's a very light seasoning, and my food stuck to it, so I have seasoned it myself and it works fine. It's worth buying.

Nice and simple. Though I would suggest getting a pair of oven gloves for moving the plate once it’s been on the bbq fora few minutes!!
