When installed correctly, it is very good.
Perfect fit for my 2007 Tacoma. I do not have steering wheel controls, and have not yet installed my reverse camera, so I can not comment on those functions. If you follow the instructions for setting up the radio region, bluetooth, wifi hotspot, etc, it is a good unit, with better than factory sound/loudness (mine is non-JBL), and a great factory look. Also makes clear handsfree calls, is pretty quick between screens, and seems to integrate well with my iphone xr.This is NOT a substitute for a high quality aftermarket unit used for high end systems. It IS a very good factory-type substitution that looks great and functions as it should.

Junk!!
No customer support, max volume is about half as Loud as stock radio, Navi doesn’t work, it’s just now CD players going out. Regret buying it

Junk Stereo!
Slow and full of software bugs. Do not waist your time and money. Memory cards work intermittently. Radio could not pick up stations. Bluetooth would not auto reconnect with my phone.

Slow to start
The radio works ok most of the time . Sometimes it will lock up on the the radio tuner and you have to turn the car off and back on to fix . It takes it a full minute to boot up and the volume is about half what the factory radio had .
