Exactly what I wanted
Exactly what I wanted. Hard to figure out how to program the numbers, but once I did, the preset buttons worked. No volume control but it's for my dad who is almost blind, not deaf or hard of hearing. Volume is decent enough for us. He can see the big buttons or push the preset numbers. I did put black marker on the speaker and preset buttons so he could see them better. The writing is smaller on those. Nice to be able to use the speaker and bypass the corded handset as it is very short. Price is right. Delivered on time. Easy to use once programmed.

Great Product
I purchased this for my 87 year old mother. It is a good product but the speaker function which is better for her, does not sound loud enough.

Recover wouldn't work
Buttons mixed up. But biggest was the caller could not hear you. $ 23 wasted because it failed 2 days after hooked up and I had personalized it for my Mom. Tried to remove my marker personalization but phone regular black print came off too. Buy a Terry. Well made. Tyler is junk

No instructions
No instructions came with this phone to program the memory keys. There are no adjustments for call or ringer volumes. It is very, very basic.

Ease of use and size
I bought this phone for a desktop land line phone and it is perfect in size, sound quality both hands free and non hands free plus the redial button works fine. My only complaint is that the instructions that came with it are poorly written in regard to how to actually set up the three memory buttons, M1, M2, M3 for automatic calling again of stored numbers. Better than a phone I recently returned to a retail store that had too many complicated buttons plus, it did not work. I'm happy with the Tyler TBBP-3-WH

Friend With Rheumatoid Arthritis
Bobbie lives in a nursing home and has reached that point in her life where her body is against her. This phone helps. The buttons are huge but the two buttons that make a difference to her are not initially obvious:The H-F button. H-F stands for "Hands-Free." It's the button that makes her NOT have to pick up and use the receiver (traditional, handheld). The M1, M2, and/or M3 buttons at the top are for storing her daughter's phone number so she doesn't have to remember it or make her hands punch it in.If you live someone who has trouble manipulating the phone, this may be worth a try. It works for Bobbie.

Bought for my mom
I bought this for my mom, who lives in a nursing home, and can't call people anymore because her hands shake. Not only that, but the phones the home has for them have all the electronics and mechanics in the handset, including the push buttons: this meant it was hard to hold it up to her ear, because it was heavy, and that she would often hit the buttons accidentally with her ear, even disconnect the call sometimes. This phoone is easy for her to dial, and the handset is light and easy to hold. She loves it!If it doesn't hold up well, I'll come back and add to my review.
