Standard Spanish Black Wired USB Keyboard

The product was great, but customer service even better. Just when I thought nobody cared about the customer any more, along come these folks who took the time to help me with questions that I thought had no answer. They answered questions, made suggestions & even explained the reasoning. Why can't everything you buy on line be so easy? Great product & great customer service = happy customer (me)

My husband needed a new Spanish keyboard. He writes a lot and was complaining that the keyboard he was using didn’t work when using Spanish language in his computer.

Plugged it in and it didn't work from the get go. Followed instructions carefully. I am familiar with Spanish keyboards, I just spent over a week working on one every day. This one tended to reverse capitals and lower case for some symbols or simply would not copy a symbol such as @! Called the company, no help there, apparently the one man that does tech support was out sick that day and the day before and they were "not sure if he is coming in tomorrow." I've dealt with Aramedia two times, my first time and my last time.

There's really nothing special about this keyboard besides the ability to add the special characters. The keys feel like your standard keyboard: clicky and responsive. If you need a well-priced Spanish keyboard, this is the one you want.

I bought this keyboard because of the European layout. It works well. Keys are not shallow like you would have on most laptops. So beware if you do not like the classic deep travelling keys.

I had some installation issues since I recently installed Windows 10. The support by the World Language staff was very helpful in resolving the issues. I love the keyboard.

The keyboard is very old fashioned. It is one of those keyboards of the 90's almost. It is very heavy and it is wired. It was my mistake to order it, because I didn't read the title well (it clearly says wired, but I didn't realize it was wired until I got it)I wanted to return it, but it was so heavy that I figured I would spend almost the same money I would get in sending it back...However, if all you want is to change your desktop keyboard for this one and intend to leave it on the same place it might work.
