Excellent laminating pouches to protect your paper without the laminating machine. For clear instructions, there's a Youtube video on how to laminate using these pouches. It was very useful and saved me from wasting them. The size is standard and perfect. Unfortunately, these are only sticky on one side, so that is something to be considered for your projects. I had to waste two pages to find this out. Everything turns out clear.

Pouches work well and seal perfectly. The plastic is THICK so don't think it's like regular laminating film. The menu cards I laminated with them can now be used as weapons.

I used these laminating sheets to make number signs for a community garden project. Of course, it's important that they're weatherproof and durable, and so far that seems to be the case. Just be sure to allow a generous margin of the laminating material around your paper or other material so water will not seep through. The signs have been up for a couple of months and so far they're doing great. The real test will be how they look a year from now, but even if I have to replace them, the price is right. I checked into having signs made professionally by a printer and the cost was way over our budget. These sheets allowed us to make quality homemade signs at a much cheaper price.

It is not easy to laminate something well and make sure it looks good. Each sheet comes with an instruction sheet that guides you through positioning your document to ensure that it is even on all sides and the lamination is smooth and without bubbles. These sheets laminate both sides (front and back) of the page. This is important to note as there are several products that only do a one-sided lamination.

These laminating pouches work great for laminating 8.5" x 11" documents. The document winds up just under 9.5" x 11.5" after lamination.I'm knocking a star off because lately the pouches aren't as good. Firstly, the have little hairs/threads on the edges that will get pressed into your laminated paper if you aren't careful to pull them off before peeling the pouch backing. Also, the paper strip that you peel off to secure the initial left edge of the document tends to tear easily as you pull it, thus making it very tricky to continue securing that left edge without the document getting crooked.But keeping those two things in mind, they do produce a good laminated sheet of paper.Update May 2020: The latest batch is much better, the little hairs aren't there and strip doesn't tear when you pull it. Upgraded to 5 stars.

Will never go back to laminating sheets, EVER!! I absolutely love these pouches. I've made up several batches of activity pages for my preschooler. Now he can practice letters, sequencing & more! I just printed the sheets, quickly laminated them & he can use them over & over again with a dry erase marker. These pouches were so easy to use my kids stole a couple to laminate their own stuff. It saved me $ too because the laminating sheets I bought from Staples, when I ran out of my first box of pouches, were over $30 for 50. They are terrible to use & I had lots of creases & bubbles. FWD, got on Amazon, buy, they showed up next day (whoo hoo) & I'm back to laminating like a pro! These are cheaper, easier & thicker than the sheets!!
