High Intensity Trigger Start Multi-Purpose Mapp & Propane Torch Built-In Ignition Flow Regulator & Flame Lock

This last year I've gotten into a habit of starting my fires (Solo stove in the backyard, wood stove insert in family room, etc.) with an old blowtorch rather than matches or butane lighter. But my old blowtorch had to be manually lit, and produced a piddly pencil-flame. I got this BluSky torch, and immediately screwed it on to an standard Coleman-style green propane can. It feels solid, metal (not plastic). I lit the torch 10 times, and each time it lit on the first press of the trigger. The flame is IMPRESSIVE--will start my simple fires VERY easily. I like the fact that I can turn off the gas valve AND lock the trigger--feels like adequate steps to prevent accidental triggering.I am impressed with this product.

Works as expected, one set screw was loose, but I tightened it , and it has stay tight. Well made torch.

As usual, you get what you pay for. It works pretty good, it just only ignites about half the time. I chose this because it had the exact same design as the bernzomatic, but at about half the price. So if I was using it for work instead of just to heat up a dab rig, I would probably return it and get the better one. Even so, it will probably cost me more for gas in the long run than I saved on the price, since it expels gas on every failed ignite.

Super hot, super fast. Solid construction.

Works great so far. Was wanting one that had that would burn at any angle and this did the job. Easy to light and burns hot. No complaints great product and fast shipping.
