Scam Alert – Used & Broken Product, No Help from Zebronics!
Absolutely disgusted with Zebronics! They sent me a USED and DEFECTIVE headphone—clearly repackaged and non-functional. What’s worse? Their so-called 7-day replacement guarantee is a complete LIE. I've raised multiple requests, but nothing is happening.Their customer service is a joke, and the AI chatbot is utterly useless—just canned responses with no actual solution. This is outright cheating. Shame on Zebronics for scamming customers like this. Stay away if you value your money!See the attached images immediately taken after unboxing!!!
