Love it :)
I love this suspension boom. It is the first stand that I have every bought. So I can't compare it to other mic stands. So far from the use I put into it. It works great. I was surprised when I put it in the position I wanted it and it didn't recoil back. Again this is my first stand so was expecting some recoil back. It holds my blue yeti mic and it has no problem whats so every even though it mentions not suitable for blue yeti.Keep in that in mind when purchasing .

Excellent Value
For the price this well articulating arm works very well. It holds a nice tension at the base without marking my $1000 standing table's beautiful wood. I use it to hang my studio headphones (Sony MDR-V6) studio headphones with a Shure SM 48 mic in the holder. The range of motion for the tablet/phone holder leaves a bit to be desired but c'mon, $30! It's a good deal for a solid product.

Does what it needs to do
Inexpensive option to hold a mic. The springs aren't creaky, included pop filter does its job. No cons to speak of, just a functional mic arm. Articulation motion is nice, albeit a little stiff. If you need a cheap mic arm, this is a decent choice.

Perfect For Our Needs
We write soundtracks for TV and Film and needed a new desktop mic system. This one fit our need perfectly for a very reasonable price. It does exactly what it was designed to do and takes up very little space on the desk. We are very pleased with it and highly recommend it.

Works well. Almost TOO well.
Got this microphone for livestreaming and it works pretty well. Got it to work on my mid 2012 macbook pro running 10.12.3 and using OBS 0.16.2 (mac) with little to no issues (mostly just set up stuff that you can watch tutorials for on youtube). Just beware that the microphone works VERY well and will pick up other sounds besides you, especially if you're not using it in a sound proof room. I live on a busy street and the microphone can pick up most of the street noises, but thats on me and not anything negative about this microphone

Better than expected for the $$
Aside from a few spring pops getting it into position, most likely easily remedied by some wd40, it’s an easily moveable and sturdy mic boom. I am using it with an old school AT4033a with shockmount, and the stand easily supports it in any position. In fact it’s sturdier than the stock shockmount itself.

Awesome
Purchased these for a recording mic I got a little while back. I wanted something that could help me not only be able to connect one mic but possibly a different one without having to take everything apart to change it. Vey easy to use so would recommend it.

Piece of cake once you follow the diagram (picture).
No instructions, so I used the picture on Amazon to put it together.
