Been using the product for only a week. I haven't noticed any results but I'm optimistic. Most diet supplements leave a horrible aftertaste but this does not, sometimes you can taste a sweetness but usually not. I'm looking forward to seeing how this product works for me.(I've read good reviews)

I didn't really notice a difference in using this product. Exercise, discipline and good healthy eating is what makes you lose weight.
