Gorgeous and Comfortable!
These chairs look like a million bucks, are incredibly comfortable, and so easy to roll around. They take a bit of time to assemble, but it isn't difficult if you follow the directions about leaving some mild wobble when you first screw each part in, until it is all together, then going back to tighten after all screws are in place. My best tip on assembly is that the two front legs are NOT interchangeable. The indented lines must face outward, away from the seat. Otherwise the brace will be in the wrong direction! If you have a decent set of tools, use your own hex screwdriver -- especially if you need to assemble more than one chair! I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Excellent price, very prompt shipping, and fully satisfying product. Highly recommended!!

Don’t buy from this company
Great chair Matched my current set exactly. But!! I ordered one chair and they sent me two and charged me for two. I tried to send one back but it was going to cost me $100 to send back a $111 chair. So I just kept the chair but I will never buy from Steve Silver Furniture again

Game table chair.
As a 73 year old woman, I was able to assemble by myself. I do wish the instructions and or pieces were identified better. Example the front and back legs and the direction to install them. The chair is comfortable and my building will be purchasing 8 more for our card/game room

Too short for dining table
These chairs are too low for my dining table. They need some sort of adjustment in height.

Very pleased with quality of materials - great seating comfort!
I ordered 4 of these for my parents' breakfast bar in their open kitchen. I was very pleased with the quality of the materials, workmanship and hardware delivered. The chair requires full assembly of 6 main parts: 4 legs (received with casters attached already), back/arm piece and seat piece. Hardware is good quality and includes Allen tools. Instructions are pictures easily followed; I do recommend completing assembly as instructed as I tried to assemble one chair building from backrest piece first to see it was easier and it was not, at least not for me. The instructions suggest minimum of 2 persons and I can see that having an assistant would've helped build them easier/faster, but I was able to do it alone even though I'm not someone who does this kind of thing much; however, I am a capable handy-woman when I need to be :-) and I would say that with the 1st chair learning curve taking me the longest to complete, overall, I believe I averaged completing a chair per hour. If you'll attempt them by yourself also, then I'd recommend that you completely unpack, remove packaging and take a few minutes to order and pre-assemble the bolts/screws with their related lock/washers before starting so you're not fumbling with them as they're needed. Also, I built the chairs in my living on the carpet so I wouldn't scuff/damage anything. I also used a closed shipping box as a way to rest the seat while attaching the legs as well as the backrest when I got to that step. Regarding assembly, the instructions state that you do not fully tighten any screws until all pieces are assembled and then alternately, gradually tighten adjacent bolts/screws - this will allow for correct alignment and is highly recommended. However, the Allen tools will wear out your fingers as it is a lot of turning. If you can get a power-drill with the right size Allen heads, this will go a long way to assembling them faster without wearing a hole in your thumbs/fingers :-) BUT be VERY careful not to zip them tight too fast. Not all will be able to accessed with the drill (unless you have some better tools than I do) due to the position of the bolt/screw, but there will only be a few others that you'll need to secure by hand. My parents love them!
